Review 1：Very modern and contemporary style, nice hosts, perfect breakfast, nice place for dinner in Blue restaurant. Good location if you want to be in a distance from the center, but still in a walking distance to all shops and other restaurants as well as main Dolomites fairies.
Review 2：The breakfast is very nice but for payment (nine euro per person) as the cleaning and change of towels.
Review 3：The hotel is very comfortable, new and modern. The staff is extremely helpful and we addressed all our needs to them. They will suggest where to go hiking, what bus to take and so on. The hotel has a big underground parking, vending machines near the reception, big lobby and own decent restaurant.
Review 4：There was no air conditioner or fan in the room, it was very difficult to sleep in the heat.

Five minutes after reserving, I tried to cancel and was not enabled to. 3. I had to submit all personal details of our company (6 people) in order to save additional cost - highly unusual; in all my visits to Val Gardena, I had never encountered such requirements from hotel guests.

Hotel room is pretty small, bed is comfortable but strangely positioned in the center of room.If you ask me floor should be wooden or carpet, but not cold linoleum.Room is in general cold and kitsch like huge signatures and messages of hotel on walls and curtains of the room. Not my cup of tea. I would not call this establishment a hotel.. There is no room cleaning, reception works only 8 hours per day. If you wish something else not only sleeping and watching tv, you need to pay for it. Breakfast is very good for price of 6 euros per person.

The staff were exceptionallyhelpful and friendly; I was able to use any electronic device with wififor free at the same time; wifi was entirely reliable; the room wasquiet; you had to buy your own toiletries but that is explained on thewebsite; everything was clean; affordable; the buffet breakfast for 6Euros was excellent and certainly comparable to anything I've had ateven a four-star hotel; the hours for breakfast were humane; parking wasfree; the room was large. I have travelled all over Italy and this isone of the most pleasant experiences I have had. It is a budget hotel:that means, it is not a luxury hotel or spa.
