Review 1：Cash only-no credit cards. A little tricky to find.
Review 2：Friendly owner, limited English, but charming and lovely. Beautiful property, esp out back, convenient parking. Snacks, food, drinks, amazing breakfast-You will be spoiled. Good Wifi. Nice rooms with charm-bathroom close by.
Review 3：We were walking the Via Francigena and arrived at the property about 7.30 very tired and to our surprise Antonietta produced a much welcome platter of fresh fruit, meat,cheese and bread. The breakfast was delicious and varied.
Review 4：Lovely host, clean big bedroom and bathroom. Homemade cakes for breakfast. I loved that after long drive the lady host gave me beautiful local ham and bread, and homegrown tomato for supper.

Review 8：Makes you fell at home. They welcome you like family and are aware of all your needs. You won't believe the breakfast you'll get and they even ask you what time you want it. OK they speak only Italian but learn a bit Italian and it will open them to you. We learned more about Italy than all the other places we visited (Rome, Florence, Venice, Padova and Verona). Antonietta and Cataldo are great people and knowing them was a great joy in our trip.
Review 9：The bathroom of our room was not ensuite.
Review 10：Antonietta, her husband and their daughter will make you feel you are part of the family. They offered a light snack and some pleasant chatter over a cup of coffee before bedtime. The room was comfy and quiet. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was gorgeous, with hot Tuscany bread off the oven, sliced-on-the-spot cured ham, home-made jam, two home-made cakes and a lot of pleasant chats over gardening, recipes and a lot more. We will definitely go again when we are in San Miniato.
Review 11：they don't speak any languages except italian (although 4 languages are listed on their booking.com page) so communication is almost impossible if you don't speak italian. Our room only had a window with a size of 20x40cm right below the ceiling!! The whole place was sort of old school.

Review 13：Charming little B&B in the country side. Clean and easy parking with a lovely view. The owner lives in the same house and she treats you like one of the family. Excellent freshly baked breakfast which is more like a banquet. Complete with fresh coffee and fresh pear juice. Reminded me of my visits to my grandmother . So much love and attention.
