Review 2：The property was lovely, as was the breakfast buffet. We stayed only one night of a 6 week trip, and when we arrived, very tired from traveling all day, we had dinner at their restaurant. While the room were lovely and the food great, Lina, the receptionist was so capable and friendly - definitely the hotel's best asset. We'd recommend this little gem to everyone
Review 3：The greatest treat is the beautiful pool overlooking the lush Tuscan countryside. Other great attributes were the helpful staff, excellent restaurants in the hotel, and very serene breakfast room. We absolutely loved our room -- we were upgraded for free and with no real explanation, which was a nice surprise.

Review 10：Every thing is really top. Just be careful when ordering the Florentine steak, the portions are huge and the steak is extremely good.
Review 11：We were treated with kindness and respect. The staff at the desk was so willing to share information regarding places of interest and restaurants. We also had many questions regarding the local people and traditions that the staff kindly answered for us.

Review 15：it was clean and the gardens were very attractive. the taverna was excellent and the taverna staff were cheerful and helpful.
Review 16：Fruit was not offered for breakfast (however the stuff was able toprovide some on request). Missing knives for cutting the deliciouscheese (pecorino di Pienza). Swimmingpool and some of thefacilities (chairs in the park) were not ready to be used and notclean. Fairly close to the a1 motorway (however no noise could beheard from the hotel).

The landscape is bucolic, the hotel offers alarge park with amazing views of the gentle hills. Good playground forchilden. Wide choice of handmade cakes, croissant, prosciutto and cheesefor breakfast. Nice restaurant. Kind and helpful stuff. Pleasant, quietand elegant hotel.
