Review 1：Room was very small. Balcony overlooked local football pitch where they played every day. We were charged 9 euros per night for 8 nights for a small garage two houses away even though we only used it one night. Parking in the street was easy.

Review 12：The staff were extremely helpful & efficient. Welcoming staff & owner. The hotel is ideally located for those who wish to visit the old part of Chieti which is really worth seeing. The airport is not far from the hotel & a shuttle service can be organised by the hotel for a fee of 10 euros which is cheaper than a taxi. I did not have breakfast even though it was included in the price but the dining area was a cute room with a little counter bar by the lobby. I would really recommend this as a good hotel to stay at if you are visiting Chieti . Very good value for money , I paid 65 euro for b&b. The room is on the small side but nothing out of the ordinary by Italian standards. Italian hotels are very well known for having the smallest rooms with the worst ever beds so by comparison, this one was more than acceptable & the fact that the staff were extremely friendly and efficient made up for the room being on the small side.
