Review 1：Excellent location in beautyful Maremma region, 5-7 minutes drive from the beach and nearby villages. Very welcoming family, gorgeous food at dinner and wonderful home-made sweets at breakfast. Definately the best and true agriturismo during our long holidays. Simple, but well equipped room (we were on the ground floor, and there also was an upper floor with apartments), clean and fresh towels, mini-frindge, TV and all required for a comfortable stay. Highest level of hospitality we've ever been provided. I wish this wnderful family all the best and hope to return.
Review 2：No one greeted us and it wasn't until the morning, after b'fst that we hunted down the person that was supposed the greet us, show us to the room and be there while we ate breakfast at 8:30am. The site was quite isolated with restaurants and entertainment 7 km away.

Review 4：Constant noise from the radiator, even when switched off – people whowant to sleep in a quiet room will find this very annoying the websitesays that the staff speak English, but this is not true
