Review 1：Unprofessional and poor trained staff! We asked for the last night cancellation at reception desk. Evening receptionist confirmed our money back as well the morning receptionist during our check out. Finally after our writing reminder the manager answered it is not possible due to non refundable booking!

Review 3：The reception staff were very uninformed about the surroundings, even the opening and closing time of the ski life around the corner. They made a mistake with the payment but didn't try to fix it, nor did they send out the manager for an apology on behalf of the hotel.

Review 15：We were a bit apprehensive to find a large school group also staying there but the receptionist advised us what time to have breakfast to avoid them, and they didn't bother us as much as we expected at all.

Review 22：This hotel caters for tong families extremely well and Lowe you to relax and not have to worry what the kids are doing ....nothing was too much trouble and the staff treat kids with the respect of adults..very family organised Excellent ..... 200 mts from the main ski lift in Planai and you can park your car at the boot room door to unload ...ample parking in the main car park and only a small charge and you don't use your car...no need everything and the town centre are 2 minuets walk. Review 30：Itś school hotel, therefore there is during the week big groop of kids in age aboute 10. Kitchen is rather primary school oriented with self service.
