Review 1：I think their room price and other beverages and food are quite expensive in terms of their service and the hotel location.

Review 7：Breakfast simply embarassing. Food embarassing in term of quality. All International cheeses served (parmesan, camambert and emmenthaler) were fake of real ones. I did not expected that in such a place.

Review 8：90 dollars for a lunch buffet in Ilsan? Know what the usual meal costs in Ilsan, I was surprised at their pricing policy...probably cuz they cannot reach BEP as not many business customers visit Ilsan yet. Go to Hyundai Dept. Store nearby and enjoy a meal at Elbon the Table(great restaurant by chef Choi), or Luxury Sushi place Ah-So-San, or Traditional Korean food at Hanjungsik Ahn, all of which will charge you less then the hotel price. Take a cab and will cost you under $10.

Review 10：Too expensive and breakfast not included (excessive price). The position is not too good unless you have to go to Kintex exhibition. In my opinion, price should be reduced or at least include always breakfast

Review 31：The hotel was in an ideal location for both the kintex centre and local amenities. We were very well looked after by the staff, and the rooms were very clean. The shower was particularly nice after a long day at work. A very nice stay indeed.

Review 32：Food and beverage was way too expensive for the average person. After having one beer for $13.00, I realized I wouldn't be back to the hotel bar again. I never ate in the hotel either, yet thankfully there are over 30 restaurants a block away. Too bad as I tend to eat and drink at most hotels nightly.

Review 34：As mentioned by others, the food service is overpriced, both at the restaurants and room service. This is somewhat annoying put there are restaurants and groceries within walking distance.

Review 35：Great location for work involving Kintex exhibition center, which is an easy 15 minute walk away. Hotel is well designed and maintained, but if not there on business there is little else nearby. The included internet connection is fast and it is nice not to be gouged additionally for this as so often happens.

Review 36：Well this is a business hotel mostly, which might suite international travelers visiting the Kintex Conference and Exhibit grounds on a regular basis... but the location of the hotel is practically in the middle of nowhere, with just a couple of standard shopping malls nearby, and nothing really interesting to do with your free time... its about an hour ride from central Seoul where all the action is...

Review 37：Staff are extremely polite, helpful, kind and well mannered... they all speak good english, and are very professional... I congratulate the management for picking and training staff of such caliber... Hotel is modern, rooms are wide, clean, new, comfy...

Review 40：1. There were smokers in a supposed to be non smoking floor (18th). We smelled smoke in our room around 8pm when we're supposed to rest. This was addressed by using air freshner. We booked for 2 single beds but were shown a queen size bed. We were transferred when we told the GRO. Buffet breakfast might be too expensive at about USD 35/pax.
