Review 1：Lovley location surrounded by locals so felt very authentic beautiful views. Helpful owners. Basic kitchen facilities but we were out and about so much hardly used it. Used the bbq several times however. Would stay again.
Review 2：He owners do not speak english but we talked over google translate and voice. It was funny but also very practical and they were very helpful and friendly. Bedroom is spacious, TV is real big flat screen TV. The breakfast was ok, with home made pie. Little bit off the beaten track but close to everything! Perfect to spend the night between Pisa and San Gimmingnano.
Review 3：We were attending a wedding at the nearby Borgo di Colleoli resort and the only thing was there are few taxis around, that would drive to the 15 minutes away location for a reasonable price. The guest house owners even offered to help drive us there and back themselves as a favour.
Review 4：The couple who ran this bed and breakfast were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better, two night stay in a clean and comfortable location.
Review 5：Quite hard to find - it is really in the middle of Toscany - but location is nice and peaceful. Breakfast was a bit poor.
Review 6：We stayed only one night. Rooms are clean. Owners don't speak english but they help each other with cell phone which was quite funny but we understand each other which is the most important.

Review 9：- because the house is very outside and we were alone, it was a bit creapy. do NOT watch any horror movie before you sleep there ;-) and if you hear voices: there are neighbours in the 1st floor (wish we knew that before...). - the owners do not speak a single word english, but due to the google translator app, we could understand each other. - and the breakfast was not really good.
Review 10：-the owners do not sleep there, therefore the house was empty. - it is a very nice place and our room and bath was also very good. - wifi worked well (no cellular service!)

Review 13：the hotel is very good with spacious rooms designed and decorated stylishly and a garden; good Italian breakfast is served in a dining-room the walls of which are painted colorfully, which makes warm cosy atmosphrere. the owners are a very beautiful couple and just friendly people.
