Reviews for B&B Villa Corte Degli Dei
Review 1:Very nice quiet place only 15 minutes walk from Lucca wall. I booked attic room but we were given triple room with kitchenette for the same price! Big free parking.
Review 2:We booked a superior room, but slept next to a busy road with only a thin wall and door in between. Pictures showed a bath tub, but we only had a tiny old shower. I checked with the reception whether our room was really superior and they confirmed it. So don't be fooled by the pictures, in this case the superior room is inferior.
Review 3:nice pool
Review 4:The comforters and mattresses need to be upgraded. Comforters looked old, worn out and not sure how clean they were. Breakfast is outside in a covered patio. It was almost too cold to eat outside in October. Breakfast could definitely be upgraded.
Review 5:Is was very quaint looking from the outside.
Review 6:Breakfast and coffee was appalling. The coffee was from those automatic machines. we are in Italy. Come on! When I saw that that they had a espresso machine I asked the lady if she could make us one and I was happy to pay extra but she said no sorry not working and then later when I was leaving I saw the male office staff member making his own espresso. Not happy with the service.
Review 7:The accommodation was a good size for our family of 4 and if you have a car not to far to get to the heart of Lucca.
Review 8:Grounds needed cleaning up and grass needed mowing and bushes trimmed. The breakfast eggs and sausages were terrible. Room door was left open after cleaning until 9:00 PM when we returned
Review 9:Location, style and apearance
Review 10:The bed was very uncomfortable, too soft and you rolled towards the middle all the time. Bad night sleep!! Breakfast in this tent outside was horrible!! Slippery floor, coffee machine not working, no room for everyone and staff unhelpful and unfriendly.
Review 11:Quite a good location, nice and quiet area. Booking via Booking.com was excellent. Room was spacious and clean.
Review 12:Awful coffee from the machine; impersonal - didn't see much of the staff and owner; noisy (particularly our room which was next to the main entrance).
Review 13:Great swimming pool; convenient (short walk) into centre of town.
Review 14:it was all good. Stepano was very helpful and attentive.
Review 15:This was a very quaint and romantic B&B. The location was great, walking distance to the walled city. It was quiet and comfortable. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was plentiful, with much variety and delicious. Also, lots of free parking.
Review 16:We were able to hear the people in the next room.
Review 17:We were late arriving and the staff called us and arranged to leave keys for our room where we could check in after hours.
Review 18:Bathroom - shower in particular very small and run down. Staff - male owner? Did not seem keen on children - kept telling them to be quiet in the pool despite the kids playing normally and other guests enjoying their play. Beds very hard apart from extra bed which was great
Review 19:Size of family room, good wifi, pool, parking and security
Review 20:The room was dark, the shower too small to swing a cat in. The bar atthe pool smelled of something very dodgy. By 17.0 the receptionistleaves and closes the gate. I really didn't like this place and itwas far too expensive.
Review 21:Not much.
Review 22:Some of the amenities could have been better. The kitchen and utensils in our room were not very clean. Not enough light in some of the rooms.
Review 23:I thought the B&B overall was very attractive. I liked the old style rooms. The pool area was very nice.
Review 24:Very helpful staff even though we arrived early we were given our room. Nice pool area and close enough to walk into Lucca. Good breakfast with large selection to choose from. We had an attic room on the third floor which was a bit of a climb but very nice with well appointed en suite.
Review 25:It was a little bit out of Lucca city centre. The family room no 1 was too small but they moved us when we complained. I have 3 children aged 11+
Review 26:I liked the staff, they were so accommodating and helpful. We loved the pool.
Review 27:The room was a bit dark, but given the style it's to be expected.
Review 28:Great location, better if you rent a bike for the stay. Lucca is a great town to explore by bike. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Pool area was very relaxing and peaceful.
Review 29:Our room was on 3rd floor (no lift) which was tricky with lot of luggage. Poor air conditioning (August) - but rooms cooler from use of shutters
Review 30:This was a lovely find, and a convenient distance from Lucca. Very helpful hosts, who seem to have thought of everything - even selling ice-cream and drinks by the pool! Lovely 'themed' decoration of rooms and communal areas....we even had our own naked sentry guard outside the room!! Nice breakfast in a marquee by the pool.
Review 31:They really need to improve the breakfast. Items were not all fresh, we saw leftovers from the day before and they looked unappetizing. It was not all bad, but if you are a B and B, you need to step up the "B"
Review 32:Location and atmosphere was really nice, gave us a real cultural flavor.
Review 33:The air con unit was great at keeping us cool but a little old so was quite noisy. The wifi didn't work very well and kept dropping. I know it's difficult in old buildings like that though. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been good too. I'm not sure if it is standard in Italy but it is in the UK.
Review 34:I really liked the character of the building and the location. It takes about 20 mins to walk into Lucca which is just what we needed after a big meal! There is also parking available. Our room was a good size with a lovely roll top bath.
Review 35:Hotel was very busy so there were not enough tables for breakfast - pool was not very clean but this was resolved during our stay
Review 36:Lots of character, rooms delightful, very good choice of food at breakfast.
Review 37:Nothing not to like. A few issues around the pool that could do with being fixed.
Review 38:Very friendly staff. Really nice accommodation for the 4 of us. Fantastic pool, kids loved it, great for small children. Plenty of bed and poolside snack bar. Close to Lucca and excellently located to visit Pisa (30 min), Lucca (5-10), Beach (30 min) Florence (1 hr) pistoia Etc.
Review 39:The walls are thin which is explained as due to traditional restoration and one night the family next door were really loud after midnight for about an hour. That is more a lack of respect on the other guests part, noise should always be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
Review 40:Lovely clean large family rooms. Staff helpful. Close to Lucca. Good pool area, lots of choice at breakfast.
Review 41:Lovely property, lovely quiet location, great pool area. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfy. Easy stroll to the centre of Luca, it's about 900m to the wall
Review 42:The rooms are dark with little light.Wifi in the room and the area was lousy.
Review 43:It looks nicer in the pictures than it is in reality. There were few loungers by the pool. The beds were good. Quickly and ride into Lucca center.
Review 44:We would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
Review 45:Very cheerful and helpful staff. Air conditioning very good. Ideal location for Lucca and surrounding area.
Review 46:The food is very basic, there is no bar facility even in early evening, hardly any shade by the pool, a rather odd (scary) decoration in some rooms and a lack of proper kitchen equipment (example: can more than 1 glass be available in an apartment in a B&B offering no bar services in evening hours?). Unlike very many other places I have been to in Italy, this facility is much overpriced.
Review 47:The rooms are very clean and reception staff is kind.
Review 48:we were back packing so you really do need a car or be prepared to walk in the heat!
Review 49:This was a wonderful place to stay the breakfasts were great and the pool a delight to use on a very hot day
Review 50:Nothing.
Review 51:Room up-rated on arrival to a room above the office, massive balcony....bigger than the room almost! with a superb hanging/swinging chair to spend lots of time on! Nice chilled out, relaxed atmosphere to the whole place. Just what we needed.
Review 52:The shower was way to small in our room. The beds were uncomfortable and the room did not have a fridge or lock box (as advertised). Also, given the heat, it was much too far from Lucca for our kids to walk there.
Review 53:I liked the gated villa and the sense of security. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool after the hot days in Lucca and surrounding area. The staff were also nice and accommodating.
Review 54:it was a bit farther from the sea that we expected but very convenient for Lucca wifi only worked in some locations and tended to disappear
Review 55:Very kind and flexible personnel nice swimming pool
Review 56:The bathroom was a bit small and there was a strange smell after disinfection. Breakfast is a bit poor quality. They don't have toilets nor changing room at the pool area.
Review 57:Location combined with good quality accomodation.
Review 58:I wish that I could have a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. I really don't like those machines. The coffee they make is not good. I had to stop at an Autogrill after leaving just so that I could have a good cup of coffee. Terrible wifi but they are working to fix this.
Review 59:Loved my room, number 4, in the little guesthouse. I was happy that the manager turned the A/C on before my arrival as it was 98 degrees and yet my room was nice and cool. Really nice outside patio area, big pool if a little bit shallow for my tastes. Understand they probably like a shallow pool for child safety. Really nice shower, excellent pillows.
Review 60:No parasols around pool which were needed in the very intense sun.
Review 61:The rustic/period feel of the property. Short 20 minute walk into the centre of Lucca. Swimming pool. Adequate continental breakfast buffet on offer every morning.
Review 62:Cleanliness around pool area. Clearly designed around a medieval theme but overdone - almost Disneyesk.
Review 63:Having a pool when the temperatures were so high. Also air conditioning was effective. Having ground floor accommodation was also really appreciated.
Review 64:We stayed for only 1 night in the beginning of July. Upon checking in, we were surprised to see only 1 air conditioner located in the Master bedroom of the 2 room unit plus bathroom. After dropping off our bags, we went to the pool and then to dinner and only noticed in the late evening that the air conditioner wasn't really working. The air conditioner would turn on for 2 minutes intervals after LONG stretches of blowing lukewarm air. We tried to change the setting but nothing worked. The front desk closes for the night - I guess we could have called the number they gave us but it was well after midnight and it wasn't clear that we could call "at any time". All this made for a very difficult night of sleeping in 90 degree heat. On top of that, our 5 year old son had to sleep with us as the other room was unbearable. Upon checking out the next day we informed the B&B staff of the issue. We were offered apologies and they took the tourist tax off as compensation (6 euros) . This was somewhat insulting given we where charged the full rate of 179 Euros for what most would view as a bad experience. We would probably not have been so upset if they had at least charged us a lower rate - the rate of a single bedroom unit perhaps, to acknowledge and help compensate for our inconvenience. At the end of the day, they put it on us saying it was our fault for not calling in the night. While there is plenty of blame to go around, I come back to 1 basic principle - if a B&B is going to charge high prices, then I expect fair and considerate treatment. For consideration, before you book here. P.S. After we had already paid and checked out, we got a notice from Booking.com saying that our reservation was cancelled? Seems very curious-were they trying to stop us from writing a review?
Review 65:It is a beautiful B&B with a friendly staff, until confronted with an issue.
Review 66:The fact that breakfast was in a marquee. A little to far from Lucca centre to walk. No air conditioning in second room.
Review 67:The pool, breakfast. The person at reception. The building.
Review 68:No bad experiences but a word of advice - if you are arriving at night use Google maps, make a note of the street names and any obvious landmarks ie Macdonalds on the right hand side, Nelly's café on the left, and keep going down the narrow street when you turn left off at the lights !!
Review 69:Convenient for late arrivals from Pisa airport; take the Autostrada for a short distance, and make sure you take Lucca Est exit and remember to turn left at the traffic lights. We advised reception that we would be late, but it was a close run thing to get our room key. Can't really express an opinion of the hotel because we were on our way by midday - room was comfortable enough, but we were in an annex so probably doesn't reflect rooms in the main building. Breakfast was OK. Easy 20 minute quiet walk into Lucca, which is always nice for a mid morning coffee. The pool looked inviting, but Siena was calling !
Review 70:Nothing! Everything was fabulous.
Review 71:Everything is as good as the pictures, a wonderful find. 20 minute walk to Lucca, lovely pool with beautiful views up in to the hills. Very quiet with secure parking.
Review 72:It was a little too far out of Lucca
Review 73:We were upgraded to a small separate apartment with a four poster bed and our own little patio. The swimming pool was fabulous and the best breakfast ever. Parking was safe and good
Review 74:We had no car so this was difficult as it was 2km from city centre. Run in a strange way and lacks a sense of welcoming as it closes at 5pm and you are on your own. Room was just a room with no glasses, coffee, couch etc.
Review 75:The ladies do a wonderful job with pool and breakfast. Well presented and very fresh.
Review 76:Nothing
Review 77:The B and B was superb very clean with a great pool. All the staff were fantastic, polite and helpful, I would highly recommend it. Lucca is a ten minute walk so more than accessible, brilliant
Review 78:15 minute walk to the old town, but we knew that. Wasn't an issue.
Review 79:Loved the free upgrade, made my birthday special thank you. The room was beautiful done out in medieval theme, just loved it. The breakfast setting around the pool was magical.
Review 80:WIFI problems in the evening and next day. Because no internet weren't able to pay with credit card.
Review 81:Original establishment 10 minute walk from centre breakfast
Review 82:Wi-Fi was not available on arrival, however was rectified later under pressure. Having requested gluten free food, the owner had not arranged for it the next morning breakfast (This was a problem)
Review 83:The setting and view from our window to the mountains and the swimming pool
Review 84:The wifi was up and down, but we're on holiday so who really cares
Review 85:Very friendly staff very helpful and always on hand to offer advice on good days out, I've already recommended it to friends
Review 86:The bed squeaked!!! a LOT. Shower was VERY small but worked well.
Review 87:Good breakfast, cooked as needed. Tidy apartment. Close to Lucca, but outside the wall, so no traffic hassles. Four-poster bed.
Review 88:The bed was terrible!! It was caved in! Plus there was no mattress cover... I didn't sleep!
Review 89:The buildings are grounds are beautiful. It is decorated beautifully. The staff is friendly.
Review 90:The breakfast was served poolside in a Tent. I am sure in the summer it is lovely. It was somewhat crowded.
Review 91:Our Room was spaceous and had a small kitchenett . Everything looked new. the grounds were very nice, with a pool and it was an easy walk into Luca Centre We also got an outstanding rate because of the time of year
Review 92:With no car a challenge to get to and from town often. Wifi reception spotty at best in rooms. 4 flights of stairs.
Review 93:The hosts were charming, the accommodations lovely, best breakfast at a B and B in Italy so far. Lovely pool and sitting areas outside. Lucca is lovely.
Review 94:Room dark and with very little storage and no dressing table.
Review 95:Great location, short drive or long walk to the walled city. Good base for touring the area. Lots of car parking.
Review 96:Poor wifi, blocked shower, lumpy pillow
Review 97:Arrived early and could park for the day. Were happy to accelerate our room if we needed and were extremely helpful, even offering breakfast
Review 98:Room was rather dark. Not enough drawer space or coat hangers. Facilities for making hot drinks inthe room would have been welcome. Breakfast area strangely at odds with the rest of the building; it was a tent complete with slug and snail trails!
Review 99:Lovely room, comfortable bed. Room was very clean and decorated well. Beautiful tiles on the floor interesting sconces and furnishings. Great surroundings and grounds.
Review 100:Wifi was a problem although they had a technician coming to fix
Review 101:Everything was perfect about this replica old world hotel, close to town and breakfast was the best we had in Italy. Swimming pool looked lovely and kids staying made good use of it. The host was very helpful and gave us a tourist map & ideas about what to see in Lucca.
Review 102:Kept awake by snoring from next door - a lot of noise transfer betweens room. Attic room had tiny windows, very dark and felt claustrophobic even though a large room. Breakfast not great.
Review 103:There should be someone there to greet you if you arrive late, when clean room sheets should be changed,a lounge would be good in it,no one there to ring taxi after 5.30
Review 104:When asked to change rooms for my aunty staff dealt with it very well and very helpful
Review 105:The quality of the food at breakfast was poor, especially the cheap horrible bread. Nothing freshly baked. No bar or communal facility of any kind after 6pm. The pool had a cleaning machine running around the bottom of the pool ALL of the time. The furniture around the pool was filthy.
Review 106:The rooms were extremely clean and fresh towels every day. The staff were helpful but finished about 6pm . The layout of the hotel was very good , just missing a bar, and the style was very impressive.
Review 107:The wifi was very spotty in our room. It was only available if you stood in a corner.
Review 108:Loved the location. It was quiet and walkable to the center of Lucca. Charming design and sitting by the pool in the afternoon was a relaxing break after a day of seeing the sights. The breakfast was excellent and having a secure parking area was a bonus.
Review 109:The shower is unnecessarily complicated. Some teething problems in new rooms but staff are very helpful.
Review 110:Service. Staff are excellent, especially Stefano. The breakfast has many choices, pool, attention to detail, proximity to Citta de Lucca.
Review 111:Decor is a bit old fashioned, but on the plus side the rooms are comfortable and very clean. There were two little niggles, the squeaky gate that was a tad annoying at night time and the occasional smell of drains outside ( think this probably couldn't be helped as it is often the norm with continental drainage systems!!!)
Review 112:This hotel is in a great spot for visiting Lucca and the surrounding cities in Tuscany (the public transport in Lucca is excellent). One of its best features is the lovely swimming pool, which is quite a bonus in Italian hotels. The staff are lovely and speak excellent English. The continental breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice.
Review 113:family room was so small.it was just added two single beds in the room.kitchen was super tiny.bathroom was small too.I even went to reception to ask if this room was what i booked.coz it was just too small for four adults.and it was not worth that much money. breakfast was simple, wifi signal was weak.we can't get signal in the room.had to go to the lobby area.and we need walked around 20minutes to old town.when you have travelled around Italy, and you will even want to walk for 5mins.
Review 114:with typical tuscan decoration style. with pool, but we didn't have a chance to use.
Review 115:No iron or ironing board available in the hotel. No credit card facility when we went as it was under new ownership although I understand this is a temporary situation.
Review 116:Booked in online around an hour before we actually arrived and were able to check straight in. Hotel has parking along with a pool and large garden area. The hotel gate is closed on a night with access through a key code panel or through a side gate if you're on foot. Around 10 minutes walk into Lucca itself. We had a deluxe room on the ground floor which was spacious and has a small kitchenette area.
Review 117:- very small shower - breakfast was awful. Fruit was old, the watermelon was an anaemic shade of pink, very powdery. Biscuits and croissants were supermarket packaged ones. Coffee from automatic machine, not good at all. - there was a cleaning filter in the pool the entire time, with the cables sticking out over the pavement, looked ugly and was not safe. I expected it to be used only at night. - the neighbours upstairs woke up before 7am and you could hear them walking around and talking, woke us up.
Review 118:- room design, medieval style - big room, lots of space - quite close, 10min walk but the walk left us quite disappointed with Lucca as first impression. Inside the old walls it is beautiful. - the lady on reception/owner was very friendly and welcoming, although we did not find her easily when needed. It is a small hotel.
Review 119:At six for two the shower was only a little larger than my coffin! But the seems to be the case everywhere in tHis otherwise delightful country. The wi-fi needs help but that is not the fault of management. We had a great time.
Review 120:Just about everything. Staff, roomy accommodation, nice breakfast, lovely surrounding ,easy access to wall town. A great stop and a restful one after the hubbub of Rome and Firenze. Planned to stay one day, stayed three. Would have stayed longer but we're booked in Venice. Thanks for a great time.
Review 121:It had a beautiful pool with wonderful views of the mountains and was located within walking distance to the centre of Lucca. The rooms were luxurious and the surrounding gardens well maintained and pretty. The breakfast was great with a wide selection and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Review 122:Needed a little more love... No staff on sight after 8 pm... Lacked atmosphere around pool... No quiet music in background, bar unattended frequently, mosquitoes!!
Review 123:Great location, helpful staff when I needed to print boarding pass off..... Nice pool area and lovely seating area to read and watch the world go by on a swinging chair for two.
Review 124:Corte Degli Dei is run on a shoe-string. It is completely under staffedand you will be fortunate to find anybody at reception, when you arrive. This is because the employees - a maximum of four at any one time - willbe busy about the complex. In any event, there are no personnel on siteafter 17.30 or before 08.00 - though the manger can be contacted bytelephone at any hour. Breakfast is a bit of a health risk! A previousreviewer mentioned food being left out in the tented breakfastaccommodation during the heat of the day and, indeed that was ourexperience. Needless to say we preferred to eat out. The design of thecomplex is peculiar, a cross between an early mediaeval mini-castle andTuscan rusticity. Our room featured a four-poster bed, with, what feltlike shower curtains, and a sofa bed, which was more than adequate forour needs. What I couldn't understand was the half wall which partlydivided the room and hindered movement. Also the strange idea of partlyplastered walls, to give the rustic effect, provided an ideal refuge forinsect-life and dust. Also the air conditioning system was distinctlyidiosyncratic, refusing to respond to the controller. Fortunately, thenights were cool, so we simply unplugged it. The pool is large and wasvery clean during the three days we were there. This isn't reallysurprising as the robotic cleaner was the main occupant for most of thetime! Swimmers swam over or under its trailing lines. The furniturelooks new, though more discerning guests will not be impressed by itscleanliness. But given the number of man hours worked in this place itis hardly surprising that such routine maintenance is neglected. Finally, this accommodation is not cheap and in my opinion doesNOTrepresent value for money.
Review 125:The Staff. Previous reviewers are accurate in describing them as hard-working, friendly and extremely helpful. Given the constraints they workunder, they perform miracles! Some reviewers complain about the distancefrom Lucca's centro storico if you are without a car. Wedeliberately wanted to stay at a place with a swimming pool and soexpected to be a little way out of town. One of our family is physicallyhandicapped, nonetheless we walked into town on at least four occasions. For the able bodied, I reckon it is a comfortable quarter of an hourstroll, which will take you past the friendly butcher/generaldealer, a caffe, where, of course the coffee is both good and cheap ( asplendid place for breakfast!) and a pharmacy. Having explored the city,we usually got a taxi back to the complex.
Review 126:It wasn't a comfortable stay at all.
Review 127:This B&B is way more than a stroll from town, you need bikes and theirs don't work. The breakfast is one of the worst we've ever had. Nothing fresh and served in a mouldy tent/marquee.
Review 128:- tiny shower - stained red floor, cleaning products stained our feet - breakfast was poor - staff were ok - pool sitting area dirty
Review 129:- room, decor and bath - location - pool area
Review 130:A lot of things were broken. e.g. 4 parasols at the pool could not be used. Not so good, when Italy is very warm and sunny in July and August. Coffemachine were broken. Lots of hair in the pool for days, before it was cleaned. Room was not very clean, cobwebs in the windows and much dust at the tables near the beds. We were staying for 10 nights, and had only clean bedding once. It was never possible to get hold of persons when needed. You would have to go looking for them even in the check-in time. Actually we never checked in....!!! We lived at the upper floor, with very small windovs, so you would have to turn on the light just to see. Several times an hour the light went of, and so the air con. - No good.
Review 131:The breakfast was varied and very fresh, liked there were al lot of fresh fruit. The decorations were fun.
Review 132:I was disappointed to find that the hotel was situated in a suburb as the pictures make it look more like a Villa in the country. The breakfast was terrible, the room was very dark and the tyres on all the bicycles were flat.
Review 133:In this price bracket, I would expect fresh coffee rather than poor quality machine coffee. Also the b&b was in a marshy area and so we suffered from a lot of bites.
Review 134:Having a pool was great for the kids. The complex was very smart and close enough to the city walls to walk into the town.
Review 135:Used to do bike hire but bikes got broken and unwilling to fix. However there were still 2 that functioned which we were allowed to go off on and circuit the wall.
Review 136:Superb accomodation. Lovely pool. Friendly staff who speak excellent english. Walking distance of Lucca where we were reccomended an excellent restaurant.
Review 137:Not getting a superior room as paid for! First room given had a cooking range but did not have a wardrobe or place facility to hang clothes, second room given was a much better room with good facilities, however as we were unpacking we were asked to more to a third room as a family had just booked in and wanted to all be on the same level. Having booked the required type of room over a month in advance I did not expect or appreciate being moved around to suit the securing of passing trade. If you are sold a image on the internet ,book it, make yourself liable to full payment on cancellation, then you should receive what you have ordered. Very disappointed at this treatment. Also the reception was closed early evening until late morning making it difficult to enquire about any directions or obtaining any items for the room. All of this added up to a very disappointing first experience of Italy, Tuscany and Lucca.
Review 138:Pool area was nice
Review 139:Facilities needed some attention - both the remote control in the TV and air con not working. The fridge in the kitchenette needed defrosting and was leaking. The air conditioning unit was noisy and kept us awake and was really dusty. Not enough staff on hand.
Review 140:We loved the location. The pool was a great relief at times. Staff very helpful.
Review 141:The breakfast spread was a bit disappointing in terms of the quality of the food. However, there did seem to be a decent variety. Although we had only booked a double room, we were kindly placed in a superior ground floor. While this was convenient (not having to go up any stairs!), the room itself was very very dark. It was a pity that there were no bikes to use, but better no unsafe bikes being used than an accident I guess!
Review 142:The B&B is on a fairly quiet road, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Because of the small size of the property, the swimming pool always felt nice and private and was good to see the families there enjoying it too. Air con / WiFi in rooms very good and the staff were always friendly and helpful when we needed them.
Review 143:Nothing!
Review 144:Gorgeous little hotel 15mins walk from the gates of Lucca. So pretty, great facilities, lovely breakfast outside each morning. Rooms were spacious with great views. Bathroom was spotless with lovely olive products. The kids loved the pool and outside seating areas. The staff were great and this hotel made the first few days of our Tuscan tour a delight. We will certainly be back!
