Review 1：I had 2 separated bookings for my 2 night stay, they could manage them and I didn't have to move on another night, it was a real pleasant stay in Sendai.

Review 2：Hotel was easy to find after getting a map from the Tourist Info Centre. Remember to use the East exit of JR Sendai stn. Breakfast included in the price was delicious and substantial.

Review 3：The front desk staff was really impressive and efficient. The toilet in my room was not properly cleaned and immediately she asked for my permission and went to clean it by herself instead of getting the cleaners to do it (maybe the cleaners had already left). After cleaning, she still kept apologising. She had been very cheerful all the way. The location is good and this hotel is really clean and comfortable.

Review 14：The Map for foreigner who visit Sendai at the first time is not clear,you need to out from the east gate at the 1st floor of jr station, ifyou lost please looking for shopping mall "PARCO" (there isStarstrucks at the gate) and use their escalator to 2nd floor and walkout to the bridge.
