Review 1：There is no iron in the room and staff couldn't provide an iron to the room. Also, there were no ironing service even for money. It is quite strange, because there were a lot of business guests who wears shirts...

Review 3：Accept for a not interested receptionis, there was no staff at all. Bar was closed and no food available accept for a rather modest breakfast. I think it is bankrupt.

Review 5：Breakfast was great for a one night stay, but no variety provided for quests who stayed any longer. Lack of attention to detail by staff eg blown light bulbs not replaced.

Review 6：Ample free off road parking. 24 hour desk. Effective air conditioning. Wood oven in the hotel restaurant helped to make an excellent pizza. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Review 9：Room was 30 degrees and far too hot to be able to sleep in. Staff unwilling to turn on air con. Air con only available in summer months! Threat of mosquito signs on windows meant that windows could not be opened. Not enough instant coffee in room for 2 people. Room had fine layer of dust on every surface. On arrival staff were dismissive and uninformative. .

Review 11：The cost to pleasure ratio. The manager had a "meeting" from 5 to 7. Could not get wifi, could not get a drink. The bar which is suppose to be open was closed. Only some trash on a table and no fire in the dark fireplace. Paid a fortune for a 4 star . Never againand only had one helpless clerk at the frontdesk

Review 24：I booked for 3 nights. But due to schedule changed, I wanted to stay 1night but they wanted to charge for 3 nights which is very annoying. Itshould be charged as many nights I stayed. Finally we had to stay 2nights and paid for 3 nights.

Review 28：Stayed one night on a journey across Italy. A pet friendly hotel set ingrounds away from the road and with a large car park. Breakfast was goodand the room comfortable and large. We would stay there again.Recommended.

Review 29：Very misleading that the hotel keeps all "Holiday Inn" logos everywhere! Poor lighting in the rooms due to malfunctioning of many bulbs. Very poor breakfast and unfresh!

Review 31：Spent 30euros by taxi getting there from airport!Insane! Well it wasrush hour traffic. Drive or get the bus! Aerobus (6 euro) from airportto last stop(train station) then bus 101(2 euro) from main bus stationand get off at ozanno!

Review 32：Veeeeeeeeeeery friendly and helpful staff. And yes they speak English!Clean! Fast internet! Maps available. Loved the sky tv and fact that ucan change the audio to English. Bus just across the street to citycentre! Be careful because last bus is before 9pm.Taxi fare could beridiculous. Very Fabulous restaurant. No English menu version. I thinkif u looking to tour all day and just sleep at night then go forsomething cheap.

Review 33：An old Holyday Inn where nothing is changed and everuthing quite old. You hear so much from the rooms close to yours and the breakfust was "empty" the day we stayed. So difficult to find since NO indications with the name of the hotel. The last choice in Bologna !
