Review 8：Great hotel walking distance from Station. Turn right - walk through Parco store to ther end.. Then walk thru next store to other end. At the end of another short walk, there is a large box-shape - this is an elevator to the ground. Immediately turn your head to the right, cross over this 1 lane road (watching out for traffic on right), Then in front of you, looking up there is a small sign stating Monte Hermana Hotel. This is a shared building. Enter and there is an elevator to the 2nd floor - you have arrived. Hope this helps. Also near station is a wonderful Y100 shop - leave some room in your luggage - ask for directions from staff at station information - staff are excellent.

Review 10：The location is near to JR Sendai station. You walk only on the elevated sidewalk from JR. Hotel is clean and wifi connection is very good. For our small child we obtained child slippers.

Review 11：The hotel is located very close to Sendai and everything from check-in to check-out worked smoothly. The staff were all friendly and a visit to the public bath divine after a long day. Despite being full-booked there was no noise or disturbances. Well recommended!

Review 14：Location could be excellent, for this who knows the proper way from the station: do not go down to the street, but use an elevated sidewalk. Go around Parco tower, and through AER building. This way one goes directly to the reception which is at the second floor. Some problem is the aircondition. I remember 5 buttons without any information in English. I was not able to avoid too low temperature, so I kept aircondition off and used window for ventilation.

Review 18：I know it is for security purposes, but you can't easily access your room. Main elevator doesnt go to your room immediately. It stops in the lobby then you are forced to switch elevators that leada to the rooms.

Review 20：it's close to Sendai station and connected to the station via a large overhead walkway, so there is no need to heave heavy luggages up and down the stairs. it is a nice spacious room with bathtub and all the amenities you need and more. surrounded by plenty of restaurants and eateries within 2 mins distance. Also pretty quiet as it is frequented by many jap business travellers.

Review 22：Its One station from Osaka, and Osaka is one station from Shin-Osaka where High speed train stops, so you will have to go two station with change after one station, if you are coming from Shinaksen train.

Review 23：I liked that the hotel was reachable via walkway from some of the downtown shopping areas. The traffic in that part of Sendai is quite busy. I liked the room, it was clean and simple. Breakfast was nice, with lots of choices of food. The staff also knew that I didn't have to show my passport as a resident of Japan. Yay for that!
