Review 1：If we really have to find something: no active air extraction in the bathroom.

Review 2：Location! Very friendly staff. Soothing design (black, white, grey, beige). Very quiet room (no noise from corridor, other rooms, "street"). Large shower room. Hard bed. Two different pillows (soft or memory foam). Cool music device with selection from 22tracks DJs. Breakfast. General cosy atmosphere.

Review 5：Very comfortable modern clean hotel with a great location and excellent facilities. I have stayed at this hotel several. times in the past and whenever I stay in Pesaro i will always stay in the Excelsior

Review 10：Hotel has a private beach but you have to pay extra costs which is three times higher then other beaches. Service at the beach is very bad, nobady speaks English, diffucult to find staff at the beach and having in mind costs they should be all the time around. In general service is much bellow 5 star hotel and value for many is bad.

Especially to use the hotel's beach facilities the extra charge is 45€/day for 2 people...a pity since many people may choose the hotel bacuse of its position and beach facilities...moreover breackfast and SPA are not included as well... Not value for money at all! I would suggest to pick other options in Pesaro!

Review 16：the indoor swimming pool was really extremely small and the SPA area only open until 21.00. Likewise, the breakfast was only until 10.30, which is not really a service given the five stars of the hotel! For 5 stars one can expect a service around the clock almost. At least 23.00 for spas and 12.00 for breakfasts.

Review 22：There were just small things that gave us a bad feeling by the time we left. The shower in our room had a mould issue which you don't expect in a 5 star hotel. The portions served at the restaurant on the beach seemed to depend on your nationality (we received a very small portion while the couple at the next table, who ordered the same thing at the same time received twice as much). We had to ask twice for the bill at the beach dining area before it arrived. The parking charge was almost twice what is quoted on the website 35€ not 20€. The private beach area can cost you up to 70€ per day (it should at least be mentioned that there is a surcharge). Sometimes at turndown they left a bottle of water, sometimes not. These are all small things but they add up to a lot of small things which is disappointing.

Review 23：The WIFI was excellent, which is unusual for the Hotel, although it would have been nice if it also worked in their beach section. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very good.

Review 42：Most of the visitors have both a Smart Phone and tablet. Wi-Fi is far to complicated. WiFi is also not automatically given at the reception, so you have to ask it later on. First you receive a token and with this token a login and pasword can be send after request. Automatic connection seems to be problematic, so you have to connect several times each time you've left the hotel... In most other hotels you can login with just one word/number and the connection is automatically done when (re)entering the WiFi zone again.

Review 51：A very nice hotel. Right in front of the sandy beach. Great view onto the sea. Very fine small wellness centre with a pool and sauna. Especially in autumn when gets dark daily early, it is a great place to stay for a couple of hours before going out. I had some massages which were perfect. I can heartily recommend the hotel. Very friendly staff, great breakfast!
