Review 1：Difficult to find the location, since I did not see any signs from the main road and you have to turn off the highway where everyone drives 100+ km/h

Review 4：location is just next to the highway and can only be accessed via one lane (towards Sienna). No effort to warn/guide on how to reach the place precisely in English like sending a standard email via google translate (or French or German). the place is still close to the highway The welcome was a bit cold. The quality/price ratio is not worth it.
Review 5：The room was not clean, especially the floors. There are a lot of fliesalthough the host kindly gave us some fly spray. Although the propertyis close to some nice beaches, it is on the highway and you can onlyaccess it from one direction. This means a detour of 10 mins is requiredif you are coming from the other direction. It is impossible to find atnight as there are no signs visible at night. It is worth noting thatthe hosts only speak Italian and Spanish.

Review 11：There was no-one that spoke english, they only speak italian or spanish. Therefore bad reception. We arrived when it was already dark and had to look for the entrance. It was all dark and there was a dog running loose. Check in had to go fast, host did not speak english and had no time for us. Site said they have a restaurant, but this doesn't seem to be there. We asked for a restaurant in the neighbourhood but host did not give any recommendations. We could go back to the village and hope for something to be open. B&b is also located in the middle of nowhere. There is a big road where speed limit is 90km/h. You have to make a 90° turn to get to the b&b, this means that you have to brake very hard while the cars behind you come at 90km/h, rather dangerous. The driveway to the b&b, after you take this dangerous turn, is an unasphalted road. If you want a dirty car, this is the place to be. Also, to get back to the town centre is not easy. Not easy to find a place to make a u turn. Also rather dangerous. Room itself was not clean, a lot of insects. I would not recommend this b&b to international tourists. Even if i would speak italian i wouldn't go back. It was all a bit too dodgy for me.

Review 13：The mattress had springs sticking out, so I turned it over and it was perfect! It was rather tight entering the shower, but then again , I do need to lose some weight!
Review 14：We loved this quiet place to stay the night. The room was very clean, good wi fi and spacious. The breakfast fantastic and we would have had the dinner offered too but we thought that 20.00 Euro each was a bit too expensive. Our heater did not work and the very nice lady bought another one down for us to use.
