Review 1：Everything. The whole place, including all bedrooms stank of cigarettes. We tried to change bedroom but they were all the same. Owner didn't care. Staff were smoking in the corridors. Upon returning from dinner at 1 am, the reception wanted us to pay the bill at that time!!!! The place is a disgrace.

Review 5：In our room, the shower was quite uncomfortable - the cold shower curtain sticks to you. Little tip: when you come to Italy, make sure to stop by one of those 99 cents stores (one is in the center of San Lazzaro) and get yourself a proper converter / adapter for electricity, because the sockets in the hotel have 3 holes.
Review 6：The rooms are clean, and the bed is very, very comfortable. The place is well connected to Bologna by train / bus / car. San Lazzaro is also quite a nice place worth visiting.

Review 8：The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is short walk from train station and gets you to Bologna centre in 7 mins. Accom standard far better than comparable prices in bologna centre. I will definitely stay here next year
