Review 1：Rooms were smaller than we expected, but otherwise nothing too bad.

Review 2：Very helpful staff and rooms were very tidy and the beds comfortable. Very flexible too as we booked a room that had smoking permitted and we were able to get a room change instantly despite it being the holiday season.

Review 3：Our local colleague came to collect us in a car, and there was no convenient place for them to pull over and for us to get into the car.

Review 4：The hotel was very convenient, high quality, and much lower in price than a nearby hotel that had been recommended to us by our business associates.

Review 5：The staff had wrong idea and information about the local places to visit and modes of transportation. The reception staff suggested us to take a taxi to visit the local places, citing the reason that the Loople bus is not operating. However, it was operating and we just landed up paying more than we should. We also had to walk about 5 KMs from Shrine to Aoba Castle.

Review 7：Air conditioner was about as effective as an asthmatic pensioner but worked given time. Cafe/restaurant at front never seemed to actually be open or serve food during my stay. Has mesh pillows and a firm bed. Not a big deal.

Review 24：Room was nice and clean. We booked a Double Room and bathroom was large by Japanese hotel standards, and even had a small section for Japanese style bathing, so there was no need to climb in and out of the bathtub. Breakfast had a good spread.

Review 28：The room are perfect especially the bathroom are fabulous. It is like your home. The breakfast are also perfect where you can enjoy both Japanese and western.

Review 29：Staff were not nearly as friendly as I've encountered most everyplace else in Japan. One particular moment I disliked was how obviously anxious they were to let me know immediately on my inquiry about breakfast that I must pay for it right away. It was as if they were afraid I would attempt to eat and not pay, despite the host physically blocking the entrance to the dining area so that I couldn't even enter.

Review 30：Location! Google Map couldn't fix on it though, so I ended up taking a taxi the two blocks. Exit the station, cross the street, and turn left to walk past the Metropolitan. It's about a block farther. Another like: the dining area decor was modern and pleasant.
