Review 1：We had to call the receptionist/concierge because of a problem with the TV. She was understandable very rushed because the internet was down but that didn't justified her brusque manner in dealing with us on this issue.

Review 5：Unfortunately the AC system is more of a moderate air comfort cooling system and therefore rooms were not as cool as expected. Restaurant during dinner time has a great appeal to wider area and was always very busy, as a result it felt that the restaurant was very important to the existance of the entire venue almost more so than the hotel guests

Review 8：Had an amazing stay. Very helpful staff, interior design was simple, luxurious, perfect to the detail, nice mattress and linen, the breakfast was amazing (italian products, cheese, salami, cereals, fruits, cakes, great variety and quality). Private underground parking is also a plus.

Review 16：Despite the fact that there are many wifi connections, none of them worked in my room. The best wifi connection is by the pool. The male staff by the pool don't know how to cope with foreign guests - so they just ignore you.

Review 35：1. We stayed in this property for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were informed that there will be a wedding on Sunday and therefore the pool area will be closed from noon onwards. Weather forecast for sunday being 35 degrees celsius, we were not pleased. Why were we not informed per email in advance, so we could have adjusted our travel plans? 2. The room was very small, we had one small closet that could barely hold all our clothes. Nowere to store shoes, suitcases, bags, etc. - creating a mess impression. The room and bathroom furniture is cute and kind of cozy, but very, very old. Shower had hardly any pressure, no furniture in the bathroom, old sink, etc. All rooms look so good in the pictures, I guess we got the lemon! For the price we paid, for the area and time of the year, the room quality simply unadequate. Removation urgently needed!

Review 39：stylish setting in a former country house equipped with comfortable though somewhat small rooms. Staff are very helpful indeed and give great attention to individual wishes. Location in the country side but within easy reach of Bologna or other worth-while centres (Faenza, Ravenna, San Marino) as it is a short distance from the motorway. The restaurant was closed but staff recommended an excellent country restaurant with typical Bolognese cuisine. Parking is ideal underground, secure, easy access, free of charge. Breakfast is legendary, such a fantastic choice for every taste; wonderful gardens shielded from the surrounding roads.

Review 41：Unfortunately, there is nothing good to say about this hotel, the rooms are very small (really small) refrigerator not working after 3 days . Breakfast eggs always cold, no glasses in the room absolutely secluded and much more I (or we have checked out 1 day earlier than stated) unfortunately we had a Reservation for 4 nights reserved but Need to Pay all 4 nights this unfortunately says it all. So I never again.

Review 43：A very poor welcome with no body at the reception, leaving us waitingaround for ten minutes before somebody finally showed up. No offer ofhelp with our bags and no porter at either check in or check out. Ourimpression is that this is a very impersonal hotel, lights are turnedoff in the day leaving stairways and passage ways feeling dark and cold.Pictures are also absent throughout which only adds to the feeling of aclinically austere environment. Front desk staff were off'ish atbest but this was nothing compared to the pool side attendant who wasfar too self absorbed to be either helpful, friendly or even polite. Thebreakfast staff however were excellent, kind helpful and caring. This isthe only hotel out of the eight that we stayed at during our two weektour of Italy that failed to make us feel welcome. It is also surroundedon three sides by road noise which is very much apparent at all times. Iwill not stay here again and I will not recommend that others do. A badexperience on an otherwise fantastic holiday.
