Review 1：Great location. Easy to walk everywhere in Kampot. Very comfortable. Twin room was very spacious with two full size beds and two full bathrooms! The pool was great and staff was friendly and helpful. Overall recommended!

Review 12：You can see from our review score we were very disappointed with our stay here. The main reason was the Manger a very rude man who ruined our stay. When we arrived we did not get early book in as shown on booking.com. When we finally got our room 2 hours later we were shown to a twin (we booked a double). We calmly explain the situation and the manager was called, he asked us rudely 'do you need a double'. We were shown to a double room but realised we where meant to have a balcony. We asked the Manger about it and he was immediately defensive claiming we couldn't choose a room. We kept explaining that there is a photo on the room of a balcony. He claims that if you request a balcony on booking.com you can have one. He then said we could cancel and leave or he could chuck the current people out of that room for us. He basically over booked the room and he didn't have the decentcy to apologise for his mistake. To top it off we locked our bags in the wardrobe (no safe) with our cable lock. When we returned the lock had been stretched and some of the plastic worn away. Someone was very curious of what was in there. That made us feel very uncomfortable about leaving our stuff. The pool was also green and cloudy for the whole of our stay, we never jumped in. The shower never warmed up. The cover was a blanket and then a sheet on top (a bit strange not seen that before). We also had a lovely visit from a cockroach which we had to exterminate with their can of spray. The staff streamed movies or TV on their laptop all day that seemed to affect the WiFi.

Review 13：The location is in town near the cafes and resturants. The room is alright. The rest of the staff are nice but there is a obvious lack of training.

Review 14：The Pool was really filhfy green (compair it to the hotel pics) , I did not dare to swim there. The shower was not always warm. The rooms where clean, but the other area's where not clean at all.

Review 18：The hosting familiy is super friendly, but not all speak english very good. The swimming pool is really refreshing on a hot day, but the water could be a bit cleaner. When you sit next to the swimming pool in the evening every now then a small ant walks by, and stings you somewhere, nasty mother ducker.

Review 22：We just think that with a few extra additions, this could be an excellent hotel. No water or fridge in rooms, blocked toilet, leaking sink. Towel rack fell off when trying to hang up the towels! The tiles around the pool are very slippery when wet. My husband slipped last time we were there and needed several physio sessions to ease the bruising. This time our grandson slipped and sustained a large lump on the back of his head.

We rented motorbikes that were only $4/dayand were able to cover a lot of ground outside Kampot. Staff wasfriendly but English wasn't spoken well by most.

Review 55：Courtyard is very narrow, so keeping the curtains open in the room allows everyone to see in. Still, not a big deal, as I didn't spend much time in my room anyway.

Review 59：the construction in the building was still on going. so much noise from early in the morning. and the pool is right outside of your door.. you wont be able to sleep cuz of the splashing noise from the pool since they dont have policy to stop people swimming in late times. water in the shower was sometimes too hot and sometimes just cold. it was hard to control. and it's newly built..so expect to have paint+glue smell in the room burning your eyes.

Review 61：The plumbing's a bit of an issue - sometimes you have to wait 5 minutes for cold water to come on (some weird pump system that doesn't do the job very well) and there was a sewage small in the bathroom. Hopefully these are just 'teething problems' since the hotel's so new.
