Review 1：This beautifully located hotel was exactly what we needed for our honey moon! Everything in our visit was just absolutely perfect! The location is great! quiet enough but very close to most atractions in Val Gardena. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. the pool was wonderfull and with a spectacular view - perfect for the warm summer weather. the spa was also wonderfull (including an amazing 45 minute massage). Food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner) and the waiters were very nice and professional. In conclusion - the perfect vacation in an amazing spot in te middle of the Dolomites! If we ever go back to Val Gardena (and hopefully we will), we will defnitely choose this hotel again!

Review 7：Decided to take half board and was surprised to get a 6 course menu which was excellent value. Must have got an upgrade on the room, as it was more like an apartment than a double room. Staff are all very friendly

The facilities (pool, spa, sauna) look nice but only open from 14:30. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. The fashion and boutique are only in the name, not in the service.

Review 9：Location is good if you are going to ski in the area. The room and bathroom were spacious and the facilities were nice. Restaurant opened until 22h had a pleasant service and delicious food.

Perfect restaurant with incredible food, it is not necessary book HB, couse you have more time to go dinner. I lost my ski, but hotel havi g solved problem free of charge, just says "is not youre problem, just get new ski onthe hotel name". In the hotel did not anwer NO. No depend for questions!

Review 16：The concierges (day and night) were very gracious and well informed when helping us choose hikes and bike rides for each day during our stay. They had both been born and raised in Val Gardena. The food was excellent, we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel several times.

Review 45：The service & food were excellent, both in the hotel (set themed dinner menu) and the linked restaurant (a la carte), and our suite was very comfortable - jacuzzi bath, separate shower, balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in September to go walking, using public transport. The Val Gardena combined bus & ski-lift pass is excellent (bus goes as far as Bolzano), and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. This was a return visit after 2 years; standards have been well maintained through a change of ownership. Excellent stay.

Review 53：The hotel is located near the best slope in Dolomites, Here was World Ski Cup in 12. 2012. This hotel is absolutely central in St.-Cristina. In the first floor is supermarket, and you can buy anything you want till the late evening! All staff is very helpful!!! They were even more friends, than staff of the hotel.WE had service, which you could expect from friends!
