Review 1：The noise from the street was a little bit annoying, but not too bad.
Review 2：Very convenient, good place to get some night rest. Nothing special, but Everything there you need for a night.
Review 3：The bathroom in the room we had was odd, (in the room the children stayed in, not separate), but it was functional and not a major concern. If the children had been older, then this wold have been an issue.
Review 4：Wifi didn't work and no outside hours contact to fix it. Also their booking system charges credit card fees contrary to booking.com quote. Not hotel fault. Still awaiting a resolution on that.

Review 6：It was awful very out dated beds were old the bath spa was in a room with 3 beds. No milk in our room on arrival no offer of would you like to order breakfast. The owner standing out the front offered us grapefruit and drinking a stubby. will never ever go back there and I think you should take them off your website.
Review 7：The airconditioner/heater was noisy. The shower is well past it's use-by date. Left some property there ... haven't received an e-mail about it.

Review 12：The shower water was not hot. Barely warm. The electrics were shorted as it did not cope with the air conditioning and other outlets. Place clear but old and should really be knocked down and rebuilt. Not impressed
Review 13：Claimed to be refurbished, maybe 30 years ago. The "recycled air conditioner" was exactly that....sounded like a tractor running outside the door. Thankfully my husband understood the running of the hot water system, otherwise we would have been having a cold shower.

Review 24：We had to stay in Sale for one night. I have no idea if anybody visits this place, but the accommodation was okay. Spacious rooms, not exactly new but okay. Free parking was also a plus, but that seems to be a standard thing for motels in Australia.
