Review 1：The promised balcony with a mountain view is just a joke and should be removed from the promised facilities.

Review 2：The location in the middle of the town was very nice and convenient.

Review 3：The layout of the split level apartment is attractive but unfortunately it was really too hot to sleep upstairs because all of the heat during the summer day rises to the top floor where beds are located. And most homes and rentals in Chiavenna DO NOT have AC as you are in the mountains and it usually stays a bit cooler. We kept our shutters closed during the day, which helped a little. Luckily Mauro provided us some relief by bringing us a fan on the second day -- it made a huge difference for sleeping. ;)

Review 4：Location was fabulous in the center of town, and with beautiful views from the front window. Mauro Ferrari was a wonderful host and super helpful with anything we needed.

Review 5：The closest parking is a public parking ~200 meters away and there's no elevator. For us this meant hauling all baggage to the second floor.
