Reviews for Hotel Vittoria
Review 1:Not as clean for the 5* hotel It was two beds together instead of one King size bed Dust was everywhere Restaurant wasn't working in the evening
Review 2:Staff was very helpfull
Review 3:Love everything!
Review 4:We stayed here with our 3 adult children 2 years ago and loved it so much that we booked Hotel Vittoria again this year when we traveled to Pesaro with our son oldest son. The location is the best you can get in Pesaro, right on the Adriatic Sea...gorgeous view from our room. A beautiful, charming hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast with a lovely patio which you can enjoy while dining if the weather is nice. Doesn't get any better! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Review 5:No problems. If I could change one thing, it would to be have the breakfast included in the rate rather than be extra at €11 each. The breakfast looked nice and you could sit outside on the terrace with was lovely, but in the end we just went to a cafe opposite for a cappuccino and croissant for a fraction of the price.
Review 6:A lovely hotel in an excellent location right on the seafront at Pesaro. The room was double glazed and the air con worked well. The staff were friendly. Also as the hotel wasn't too busy, they said that we could park near to the hotel entrance for free.
Review 7:Design of the hotel is traditional and a bit too dark.
Review 8:Next to the beach and close to many restaurants nearby. There is a bus station right outside the hotel.
Review 9:Breakfast in the room was disappointing . You didn't really get what you had ordered . Any cooked breakfast items eg eggs were poorly cooked .
Review 10:The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Large bathroom. It was perfect for the seafront and only a short walk into the town.
Review 11:As a family of 2 adults & 2 small children we booked a 'quadruple room' that booking.com stated as 35msq. & suitable for sleeping 4 adults. The room we were given was quite a bit smaller with a cot bed hastily made up on our arrival to make it sleep four. This left us with limited free floor space and inadequate wardrobe space/other places to put things on our 5 day stay. We took our complaint to the reception on the first day. We were told it would be 2 days before they could accommodate us in a bigger room. I was not prepared to pack up and unpack again. We were charged for a quad room at the end of our stay with no further discussion.
Review 12:We found this to be a beautifully traditional and well maintained hotel. The location was perfect - right next to the beach as well as an open green park. Lovely pool area but we mainly used the beach.
Review 13:Dont be lured into this hotel by pictures of stylish dining on the terrace. The restaurant is closed and eating out at the sister hotel Savoy was most disappointing. Staff is friedly but unprofessional. No facilities at the poolside. Nevertheless it is lovely still.
Review 14:Charming old villa, stylish lounge and nice terrace with pool looking onto public green and sea at the distance.
Review 15:Pesaro is small town, with non-touristic feeling, with few very good local restaurants. Waterfront is nice and neat, sand beaches good for children. In July was tourist majority from Italy. The Hotel is most beautiful building on waterfront. But shame for the city is most ugly Hotel in the Town direct in the neighborhood. Deluxe room was bit smaller but very nice equipped, with seaside look and tiny balcony, very good noise isolation, good air condition. Minus points gets definitely bath, which needs renovation but is nice, clean and with Jacuzzi. Pool is not big but ok, with few beach beds so you must be fast. The beach is not owned by hotel so you have to pay 17,5 Euro for 2 beds and umbrella. We spent all days by the pool and walked every time 150 m to the beach. Stuff was very helpful, especially on the reception. Breakfast for 8 Euro was ok, sometimes service was bit chaotic. The Hotel restaurant is Joke, because I saw them bring the food from nearby Hotel. The Garage is for 12 Euro/day.
Review 16:Poolside snacks could be offered and you need to go to the concierge to get an evening drink.
Review 17:Hotel facilities and location. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Gluten free snacks available for breakfast.
Review 18:The wi-fi in the upstairs rooms was very inconsistent and would often cut out or disconnect when you needed it most.
Review 19:We loved the location and the lovely staff. The room was amazing and the entire hotel is very quaint. Gorgeous swimming pool and facilities.
Review 20:Car parking would be a problem in mid/ high season. We had breakfast in the room, service okay, but not to a 5star, in fact i've had better in a 3star hotel.
Review 21:Room, bathroom were good, in your suit and second TV and setting area. staff very good and location to beach and promenade 50meters with with few restaurants and bars. if you ended more, 500meters to the main street. It was a good small hotel if that's suits you. But has snooker, reading room and gymnasium facilities.
Review 22:I wasn't so impressed by the restaurant in the sister hotel to which you were directed for dinner
Review 23:So many things-excellent service, good breakfast, friendly staff, the billiard table, massage chairs and gym in the basement, the massage, easy access to the sea and the town and best of all, the feeling of being on a luxurious, relaxing holiday
Review 24:We really don't have any complaints.
Review 25:Staff was lovely and eager to be helpful. The hotel has the old-fashioned charm of the Italian hotels of the past but with updated bathrooms and Wifi.
Review 26:All good
Review 27:Wonderful old world look and standard of service. Beautiful rooms with separate sitting area and bathrooms with double sinks. Very clean and quiet with courteous and helpful staff.
Review 28:We spent one night in hotel vittoria and the staff were great, they really know about customer service, especial thanks to the director for trying to accompdate all our needs
Review 29:hotel in a very good location - room was fabulous and this was just a basic single room! It had a sitting area and lovely bathroom. Wonderful old fashioned high standards of service and rooms
Review 30:having to log in every hour for wi fi
Review 31:Lovely hotel and good location. Wonderful service and amenities, nice pool, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, wonderful bathrooms
Review 32:This is not a five stars hotel. Its difficult to get any wifi in the room, the hotel staff is not really helpful and the pool is tiny. Its a good place to stay but dont expect luxury.
Review 33:The rooms are really big and nice and the hotel is located just minutes from the beach. The bed are comfortable.
Review 34:no underground parking space as in the hotel description available
Review 35:wifi free for all devices rich breakfast buffet next to the beach not much cars around problem-solving about car parking very nice clean suite
Review 36:Parking in the area is the only critical element but luckily police is clement and turns a blind eye.
Review 37:Efficiency and kindness of all staff.
Review 38:The bed was not as comfy as expected. The entrance is in a kind of backstreet and not suitable for a 5 stars hotel.
Review 39:The breakfast was amazing.
Review 40:We liked everything. Helpful personal and perfect location. Nice big room.
Review 41:Surrounding hotels did not look good
Review 42:Hotel and facilities were very good
Review 43:A bit boxed in by other buildings so no view.
Review 44:Nice big room and bathroom
Review 45:Checking out and not staying for more time ;)
Review 46:Very helpful staff,I loved it!
Review 47:Fantastic hotel - 5 star. Perfect.
Review 48:None
Review 49:Everything
Review 50:Great location with convenient parking. Staff was very friendly and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite when we checked in.
Review 51:Inadequate parking facilities
Review 52:Elegant, historic, great location, very good staff
Review 53:Lack of parking
Review 54:Lovely, classic even historic hotel
Review 55:Room not really big enough for 5 adults and their luggage
Review 56:Great location and easy to park outside in winter
Review 57:Breakfast was good, coffee so-so.
Review 58:there is absolutely nothing less than perfect in this hotel. The suite was comfortable, beautiful and astonishing!
Review 59:Great room, staff and relaxation areas
Review 60:Bathroom couldn`t warm up. Strange for 5 *.
Review 61:No major complains. Fine old albergo.
Review 62:Beautiful location; rooms were spacious and restaurant was great. Front desk was friendly and courteous.
Review 63:As guests of the hotel, we would still have to pay to use the hotel's reserved beach area.
Review 64:Our room was fantastic with a jacuzzi bath and balcony out over the pool. Great view of the Piazza Liberty, Villino Ruggeri, and Adriatic. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to eat on the pool deck which was nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
Review 65:There is a hotel immediately in front of Hotel Vittoria that mostly blocks the view of the sea.
Review 66:The staff was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. I felt like a queen.
Review 67:Friendly, warm, inviting staff that truly make you feel like a guest in their home. This is a lovely property with top notch staff and a location that's a stone's throw from the water. A great value for the price.
Review 68:Pics on outside view and location on booking.com are slightlymisleading. Even as a hotel guest you have to pay for parasol and bedsin the beach bagno.
Review 69:Very beautiful, classic, luxury hotel with very friendly staff. Westayed there with two small kids (3 & 5) and they loved the (small)pool because they had it to themselves. Small, intimate hotel withhighest standards.
Review 70:* It is very old, and that you can see, smell and fell. The facilities were worn out, and it is no way neer a 5 stars! * The WIFI do not work half the time. *No shower at the pool, and no staff at the pool.
Review 71:The receptionist were findly and helpfull.
Review 72:Location is very bad, no parking, no beach, no view. Not 5 stars, not even 3. Breakfast is worthless. Photos on internet are heavily deceiving. The hotel does not deliver on its promise and the restaurant was closed!!
Review 73:Beach is very close, but we were dissapointed with the price (18eur) - for two places and an umbrella. A bit expensive to pay for the 5* hotel and in addition to pay for the beach as well. But probably everywhere is the same.
Review 74:Hotel is more like 4*, so the price is definitely high, but as there are no same class alternatives, its probably one of the best hotels in Pesaro. The beach in Pesaro is very clean, not many people. Dont even try Rimini.
Review 75:breakfast products were of poor quality--therefore I did not try the lunch/dinner menu.
Review 76:the hotel itself, its design/architecture, location, the daily live concerts in the piazza della liberta just in front of the hotel, friendly staff, cleanness of the rooms, etc.
Review 77:Old tv set, choice of tv channels, problem with parking. There is no slippers and bathrobes in rooms even at executive floors.
Review 78:Good location, friendly stuff and clean room.
Review 79:This was a really nice hotel, great room and really comfy bed, beautiful view great bathroom, nice balcony. It is a wonderful romantic hotel with lots of history, we did not use the facilities but the gym and billiard room looked good. It was great. Staff were really helpful and also printed our Rome museum reservations. Wifi was good.
Review 80:The stream of cold air from the air conditioner is weak and the room doesn't cool enough.
Review 81:Friendly, helpful staff; big room, sea view, spa bath, free wireless access.
Review 82:Poor Breakfast, the minimum necessary (although for 11 Euro per person acceptable). There are ants in the bathroom sometimes, a little, one-two. There is no private beach of the hotel. Sunbed and umbrella is not included in the price of the hotel. If the room is near the elevator in the evening or at night heard of other clients of the hotel, which loud talking in the corridor of the hotel.
Review 83:The hotel is clean, excellent noise insulation, the street is not heard, a beautiful interior, parquet on the floor, carpets. Near the hotel there is everything necessary, convenient location.
Review 84:Chaos on the dining terrace. We booked a table for three and were givena giant one for six ...eventually changed after we complained. We askedthree times for water before it was brought. The head waiter who tookour order made a mistake and only brought two plates of pasta`when wehad ordered three. The entrecote was overcooked when I had asked for itto be underdone. The sorbet , good, was melting when it arrived on thetable. It has to be said that the management apologised and did notcharge us for this meal, accompanied by unwanted loud pop music from theneighbouring park, when we staying in the hotel to attend an operafestival in the town.
Review 85:The position. The room.
Review 86:Hotel location is perfect just in the center... staff are friendly and helpful
Review 87:Nothing.
Review 88:Lovely villa style hotel , great location on sea front , excellent friendly staff.
Review 89:No-one else staying in the hotel (feb) so restaurant not open for breakfast or dinner.
