Review 1：Paid for breakfast but cafe you get it from was closed on the Sunday so had to go somewhere else and pay again.
Review 2：Very clean and spacious accommodation. Nice and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff who managed to still remain polite when we arrived quite late at night!

Review 9：A comfortable apartment within a flat occupied by other people. You get a kind of private suite, with kitchenette. Goos sleep. About 30 min walk to the harbour to get the ferry, which was our reason to stay in Livorno.

Review 13：Room 1 "amsterdam" has en suite small shower with smellydrains. No door at bathroom but just a curtain. Other rooms were fineafter checking them and complaints had been noticed.

Review 15：Very friendly staff, eager to help, access to well equipped kitchen to feed the kids after a long trip - when all restaurants around were closed. Perfectly convenient to reach harbour/ferry and to visit downtown.

Review 18：really comfortable beds!! free wifi. It even had a kitchen which I did not use. But I loved having a balcony and they even have a list of reccomended restaurant where they offer special prices for the hotel. (very yummy)- Easy walk to the port with maps in the hallway to take.

Review 20：Central location some walking away from the main shopping avenues,closedto the out and onboarding port'S.My room was large featuring more asappartment althought kitchenette was not working and overlooked onecentral street which leads to Cavour square.Seldom toiletries buttea,capuccino,water to welcome the new arrivals.Decorated ceiling at thefront's entrance gives one class touch as to step in an historicalone.One large public parking is avalaible,day and night,for some eurooverside the street althought in Livorno there are less problems to parkthan otherwise in this region.At the bar staff is kind and breakfastalthought light is served up with care.One good stop,all sum forenjoying Livorno but the sea,sunbath and the next Pisa as well.
Review 21：The contact person was very busy and we had to wait her to do the payment. The card machine was not working and we had to pay with cash, which was not very convinient for us. Don't take the breakfast, (a small juice glass, one croissant and a coffee), very poor for the price of the room. There is a kitchen so you better cook it you self.
Review 22：The beds (at least in the room "Londra") are very soft. It was sometimes difficult for me to get a good nights sleep. Also the kitchen facilities in my room were not fully installed; it was however a minor problem as there is a communal kitchen that works very well.
Review 23：I enjoyed the location of B&B Metropolis as it is in the very the centre of Livorno. Metropolis offers good value for money considering it has been newly renovated. The rooms are spacious that gives a feeling of exclusivness. Very kind staff.
Review 24：There is no safe. The room is not well heated and has water heatingproblems. There is no central heating and therefore the managementinstalled air conditioning. During my stay - I was very cold at night.The 1st night I thought that its because I didn't operate the airconditioning well. The second nigh I stayed near the air conditioner for10 minutes just to verify its working however still I was cold at night.Another problem is the hot water. The room gets not hot water - so they installed a quick water heater. The problem however is that if you take a shower of more then 2-3 minutes then the water is cold. During the morning I turned on the shower water before stepping in like I am used to in most hotels and let the water run for a minute or two. When I stepped into the shower the water was semi warm for 1 minute and then completely cold. This is no fun in the morning. I spoke to the manager about it and he blamed me for both issues: he said that the room heating and water heating are both perfect and that I am at fault for not knowing how to operate them. This is a poor answer which for me was unacceptable.
