Review 1：- the only minus - when we arrived at the hotel lady who was at the reception wasn't speaking English and we couldn't get to know anything about WiFi and so on.

Review 20：The breakfast left us a bit confused and disappointed: coffee from the machine in Tuscany?! It's unforgivable mistake for a nice hotel in countryside of Italy. Also the variety of cakes could be a bit bigger. Also there was a bad odour from the bathroom (sewage problems?) The room is dark: it's impossible to leave the shutters open because of the other guests passing next to the windows constantly, and the electric lights which the room has are not enough.
