And the Wi-Fi was the worst I have seen in a hotel.

Review 3：Greeted at the front desk with a smile, by name and super fast service to room at 11pm Checkout next morning at 7am again was extremely fast and efficient, room was great, comfortable and quiet.

The guy on reception was welcoming and very helpful re the location of the ferry terminal. He even had pre printed maps available. Hotel was comfortable, bed was good, shower good.

Review 20：Well modernised clean and tidy. We only stayed overnight as the hotel is located close to the port area for easy access to the Ferry terminal. Accommodation has lift, very useful as our room was on the forth floor. Room on the small side but very clean and well fitted with everything necessary for our overnight stay, and early rise. Review 23：We always sleep with ear plugs at hotels, so the fact that our room overlooked at street with traffic wasn't a problem at all, since there is some double glazing on the windows. But very light sleepers might want to ask for a room on the other side of the building.

Review 24：This hotel is a very basic 3* but care has been taken to make sure the air con, the wifi, the elevator, the breakfast and other comfort issues are solid. We had asked in advance for extra pillows and we didn't have to ask again. They were right there. The staff simply couldn't be nicer. The decor is utterly plain, but we got a perfectly good night's sleep and the morning espresso was actually the best of any hotel where we stayed in our 10 day trip around Italy!
