Review 1：Weather was very hot and air conditioning was not working; also Wi-fi did not work for us at all

Review 3：We felt the hotel is underrating itself, we felt it is more a 4star hotel. Professional service and stylish surrounding (exquisite taste of the owners is evident). Breakfast excellent - NO extra charge for espresso. Perfect location, quiet yet close to museums and excellent restaurant (Fragoletta).
Review 4：The hotel has a lot of limits. Closes at 1 am and there is no way to get in after that time. The room has to be left and 10 am (too early). The breakfast is poor and you have to pay for having an espresso or cappuccino (unbelievable in a hotel in Italy)

Review 6：Whilst clean, the hotel lacks any charm or character. Parking is difficult in the centre so have to pay 15 Euro at the hotel. But this was 10 Euro less than in Bologna!

Review 8：Check in was awkward since doors were locked at f I rst. Room quality was less than other recent 3/4 star Italian hotels we stayed in earlier in trip. Biguest issue was no AC. When asked we were told it came on at 6pm. It was a hot day and when we went back to hotel to rest before dinner room was Hot. When we returned after dinner AC was finally on and room cooled off. However woke up sweating at 2 am and found AC off again. It stayed off rest of night. This is a third world issue should not be in an upscale Italian hotel.

Review 16：Parking. 4x4 was an absolute nightmare. Garage under hotel but down steep entrance access and concrete pillars everywhere. We ended up parking on perimeter of town and paying. Not secure parking. Disappointed so don't bring a 4x4!
