Review 2：Extra credit for Vitoria from agency, with perfect english, helpfull and suporting us. she organise our trip to aqualand, call taxi, organise travel back to airport, let stay in apartment before flight free of charge.

Review 3：The agency were brilliant! Very efficient, always available and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was great, clean and amazing view from the balcony. I would certainly use this agency again.

Review 12：linens and towels for additional cost, no soap, toilet paper, cleanser etc. It was very cold in the apartment during our stay in May. Bad smell in the bedrooms. No Wi-fi.
