Review 1：Dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves after notifying management. Room also seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all. No window. Over priced. We got a discount in the end after a lot of complaining! No apology from management

Review 3：The staff was rude. Upon check in they never smiled and questioned whether we really had a reservation. Our reservation was for a balcony room. They wound up giving us a room with no outside window, basically a dark box. We did have a "window" that looked down to the interior kitchen where lots of noise came from early in the morning. We were unhappy with the hotel and the fact that Booking.com did not seem to be the way to make reservations.

Review 5：There were cobwebs, hairs and dirt everywhere. Fans didn't cool the rooms. No balconies. No writing desks. Dodgy plumbing.
