Review 1：Loud construction workers outside our room at 7 a. m. No view.

Review 2：The breakfast was excellent considering we were in Italy. Good restaurant across the street. Lots of parking space. Quiet room (off-season). Half the price of rooms in nearby Switzerland.

Review 3：I wouldn't call the staff friendly. A room for three was really small. Lots of noise from the street and the corridors. Only one power plug in the room. Breakfast didn't offer much choice.

Review 7：The hotel is not shown in these pictures, it is the Pizza hut across the road that looks like a chalet, the hotel is an industrial multi-storey townhouse. It lacked character and buzz.

Review 9：My room was on the 1st floor and it was waaaay too noisy. We could hear people flushing their toilets, noise from the corridors, etc. Poor to none wifi connection.

Review 12：A comfortable hotel with a great shower/sauna. Breakfast was reasonable. Good as a stopover down from the alps towards the lakes district.

Review 13：The person on reception only spoke italian so was hard to communicate with. Fortunately another staff member came to assist. As above re passports. Breakfast was below average....mostly prepackaged. We had to find staff to order coffee...there was no signage anywhere to tell us where and how to get a hot drink. One thing we found while travelling in Italy you have to ask the question.....staff do not give you much information on how things are run or managed.

Review 14：We liked the family friendly staff. Initially they wanted to keep our passports but we refused to leave them. They agreed to return them to us once details were transferred. We enjoyed the restaurant/pizzeria across the road which belongs to the hotel. We had a wonderful meal both nights the service was the best there as was the food and vino. Again we had communication issues re language barrier however the maitre de was very helpful and friendly and we were impressed on how professional he was, grazie.;) The lady receptionist was very helpful when we missed breakfast the first day she made us coffee and gave us fresh croissants at no extra charge, she also allowed us to use wifi after checkout, this was very much appreciated as we needed to book further accommodation on our journey.
