Review 1：Simply terrible beds. No, really, really terrible. Old foam mattress on an old sprung bed. We decided to use the foldable bed for one of us in case we could ten both find a good corner to sleep in. Not a chance. And OK it was cheap, but there were no beakers of any kind in the room for tooth washing etc, no hairdryer, etc. Oh, and the breakfast ... again bearing in mind this was a budget place, was so mean. One plastic wrapped croissant between two? Please.
Review 2：The location was fine for the road and quite good for Pisa. But it the address given on the website is different from the one on the Satnav, so spent ages trying to find it. The places pretty enough. The coffee.
Review 3：1)Location was terrible for anyone without a car. very difficult to walk to bus stop. They shd advise on the website not suitable if no car. Also place very hard to find, locals, bus drivers etc didn't know where it was. 2) Too many stray cats on property, smelly. 3) Very weak water flow in shower
Review 4：1)Manageress was very helpful & friendly & understanding that we had to leave after only 1 x night for somewhere more suitable. 2) Described as rustic, certainly was, beautiful view from our window. - misleading picuture on their website tho, they show the best part which is the office.
