Review 1：The receptionist of this hotel made an attempt to ask us for different price comparing to the price of the online booking. the room introduced to us was very poor - dusty and torn curtain...etc. - we left the hotel at 9:30pm upset.

When I went to them with a picture to show it might be a bedbug, their answer was to change my top sheet and hand me a giant can of bug spray. Review 8：We slept on the first floor while a part of the hotel is used for breeding swallows for their nests. This is noisy and results in cockroaches.

Review 19：I was expecting a city view, but what I got was an old moldy wall & window bars. The pool was not available. The view & the pool were the two reasons I booked, so I was disappointed by the price & experience.

Review 20：Easy to walk anywhere from the hotel. Only a couple blocks from the riverfront. Staff were nice.

Review 21：The advert is totally misleading. It's main picture and feature is a swimming which it does not have for now or the near future because of on going construction. When asked why, the staff said they were sorry and have now changed the ad. I checked... They lied. The room lighting was like being under search lights. The bathroom tap and hot water boiler did not wor Theyto seem to be more interested in making birdnest soup so there is a constant racket from the birds they keep.

Review 24：The total construction zone. The virtually unusable pool due to its close proximity to the major construction. The location of the pool, out the hotel and around the corner with building materials everywhere. The raucous din from room 201 of bird attracting squawks for their 'other' business of edible bird's nests. The fact that the staff spent all day processing these edible bird's nests in the lobby of the hotel and had no time at all for guests.

Review 26：This place was terrible! The pool in the pictures is unusable - it'sin the middle of a construction site and full of dirt, so completelyfalse advertising. Furthermore, the room was disgusting and dirty, thebed was made of cheap foam and incredibly uncomfortable, the bathroomwas awful and the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When wechecked in our room was full of gecko poo that the staff refused toclean up, they also refused to give us change when we tried to pay forour room. This website should be embarrassed to have this as a listingand I highly recommend you do not stay at this horrible place. Ittotally ruined our time in kampot and from walking around the streetsthere are plenty of nice places to stay.

Review 32：I do not remember when I saw the room in such a bad state, the firstroom we slept in was horrible, very filthy, curtains not washed foryears, the furniture in a very bad condition, dirty, bed sheets in sucha state that we asked for the exchange and terrible fungus on the wallsof the second room a little better - the fungus was less :)
