Review 1：The Wifi didn't work during my stay
Review 2：In front of the ports. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The aquarium and Fortezza Vecchia are just minutes away. Nice staff.
Review 3：Shower is cramped. Room is small.Found a bug on the bed (not a bed bug).
Review 4：Hotel is close to the Surfer Joe Diner where Surfer Joe Summer Festival was held. About 15 minutes walk.
Review 5：The hotel didn't wanted to provide the Invoice on company name. Just made a normal receipt without asking me what kind of invoice I need and latter didn't wanted to change.

Review 7：The location by the water was good, with access to food and drink. And I mean good food. Try Borgo Burger it was great.
Review 8：We were placed close to the lift. It kept me awake all night, really all night before a long journey. Very bad. When we returned in the evening there were no staff at the reception desk and although we called no one appeared. I then went behind the desk and took our room key and our PASSPORTS. Bad security. The next morning the receptionist was uninterested in my complaint. Don't let them place you on floor A small corridor to close to lift.

Review 10：It's not the Ritz...and it's a bit scary. However it was comfortable enough, clean and fit for the purpose.

Review 12：Room stank to high heavens. Tv didn't work. Some sort of droppings in the sink and shower.(this I think was contributing to the smell) staff at reception were extremely unfriendly. Wouldn't ever stay here ever again.

Review 14：The telephone didn't work in the room; staff just said it wasbroken..no resolution. Later that evening we couldn't call forinstructions on how to use the air conditioner. We were too tired afterour long trip to get redressed and go to the lobby. We mistakenlythought the air conditioning was also broken and spent a very hot andhumid night in this room. After getting a little sleep, we figured itout. Some instructions in the room would have been very helpful..and aworking phone would have been better. After some time in Europe, we nowsee it is very common type of air conditioning but we were not familiarwith it on our first night.
Review 15：Staff tried hard to use English to assist us. The location was goodsince we were just staying one night to connect with the Corsica Ferry.
