Review 1：The aircondition didn't work.Fortunatally was not a cold night.

Review 2：The place near the town and the sea.Polite employees, rich breakfast.The italian restaurant 50 meters away had spledid and cheap food (pasta+pitsa)

Review 3：Wi-fi in the rooms was very unreliable. Would work ok sometimes and then disappear completely. Very frustrating.

Review 7：pre booked a parking space on a Tuesday night. Hotel failed to tell us that parking on the road in Pesaro outside of the hotel is free on Tuesdays. They refused to refund 10Euro fee prepaid for parking even though we did not use it. I am walking with crutches and there was no lift to the parking so roadside parking was better for me.

Review 9：Nothing. Room a little small but was fine. Wifi not strong in room, had to go near the door for better reception.

Review 11：Proximity to beach. Good recommendation from receptionist about restaurants locally. Quiet, good sound-proofing from road. Good aircon. We paid for secure parking which is advisable.

Review 14：I stay here for three nights.Clean room, good location, absolutely wonderful. But what I was impressed and happy was to meet the good receptionist Alina. She was so nice and kind always with lovely smiles. At that time, I came to Pesaro to take some audition for the opera performance. I was so relieved and comforted by her optimistic encouragement during my stay. If I have any chance to visit Pesaro, I am sure to stay here again and enjoy talking with such a 'signorina gentile.'

Review 19：We had a nice welcome, easy parking inside hotel was pre arranged. Room was very clean modern and bed comfortable. Bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Excellent coffee. Would recommend it. In summer would be nice overlooking the sea.

Review 20：Excellent location being just a stones throw from the beach & a short walk into the historical centre of town. Clean, well presented rooms with a decent bathroom & Wi-Fi in all areas. Staff very pleasant, decent breakfast with a good value restaurant serving a daily set menu for lunch & dinner if you didn't fancy the walk to a wide choice of nearby restaurants. The attached cafe is normally buzzing & serves great coffees & ice creams. This location would be excellent for young families.

Review 21：Absolutely no isolation between the rooms and between the room and the corridor, it was impossible to sleep in the morning because of the noise coming from everywhere. We had a deluxe room and it was tiny: just can't imagine how standard rooms are..

Review 23：The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. The dinner in the restaurant was badly cooked; we didn't dine there again after the first night as there are so many other options nearby.

Review 26：Well-located just 20 minutes walk from Pesaro train station, beach in 15 metres, 10 minutes walk from the city centre. We booked the usual room, it was spacious about 19 sq. m., balcony has a fantastic sea-view. New furniture, good bathroom, empty fridge (to keep water and fruits fresh). Good sound isolation, no noises outside the street when you close the window. Air-conditioning in the room. Everyday cleaning service. Free wi-fi in the room. Breakfast was sufficiently diverse (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, porridge and cereals, fruits, bakery, coffee and tea). Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bar (Margarita) in the hotel.

Very, very nice and helpful service on every level (reception, housekeeping, kitchen).

Review 31：Stayed on 2 separate occasions in July. On the second visit they were very welcoming at check in - remembered me and gave me the room I'd requested . Very personable. Room large with a balcony with a view of the sea. Very clean linens. Firm bed. Can't beat it for the price. On the beach with a discount on Lettini and Ombrellone in front of hotel.
