Review 1：Never slept before so close to railways, the hotel located about 50 meters from the railways and from the highway. Looks to be nice once, but nowadays looks very primitive.

Review 2：Wifi is available only at a reception area. Hard to find the property at night. No sign from the main road.

Review 3：It was ok for a stopover night during a road trip. The property is closed to the freeway. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is at par.

Review 4：The room was in disrepair in the sink drain was not opening properly, there was no toilet paper dispenser and the shower head sprayed out of the shower enclosure. The highway access leaves much to be desired. In order to go to the closest beach you need to cross multiple lanes and to return you need to take a very distant overpass that is not well marked.

Review 5：The pool and private deck were wonderful. Also the waiter in the restaurant was a delight. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Review 6：The air con keeps going on by itself if you open and close a window. Then it stopped working all together on the 2nd day. Also I like sleeping in a dark room and the blue led lights on the wall where you place the key card are extremely bright and annoying at night. I found them very distracting, I eventually got a base ball cap to cover them.

Review 7：Hotel room was good, nice big balcony to look out at the pool. Amazing pool in the back. The dinner there was good and breakfast was okay.

Review 9：The service was excellent. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very kind and attentive; The place is glutenfree and their menu contain details of the potential allergene of the meal proposed. Room: good size, the bed were very comfortable.

Review 10：A well appointed hotel clearly aimed at business travellers, just off the SS1 (don't miss the small turnoff). Friendly and comfortable, with a good buffet breakfast and wi-fi that works mostly, but not all the time in the room we took. The midnight soak in the hot spring was a bonus - it was too cold for the pool!

Review 11：Avoid Room Nr 215. Windows open to the rockwall which is within a few meters. Has no terrace, but anyone can enter unattended through the window in case you leave it open.

Review 17：The staff was very kind and helpful. That is the most important thing which affects to the athmosphere of the place! The room was very big and clean, also the bathroom. The breakfast was perfect. I can really recommend this hotel to anybody!

Review 18：What we did not like was the fact that the shower drain did not work properly and the shower stall did not close properly flooding half the bathroom floor. The Hotel has auwful internet connection and cell phone coverage, they almost always did not work. The worst problema was that they allow people from the outside to frequent the pool. It was the worst experience we have ever had at a Hotle pool. There were children that literaly took over the enire pool, they played in a very wild manner, the parents, guardians did not at all care of the unaccpetable behavior of the children in addition Hotel staff was either not available on site or if it was they did not seem to care about the children's wild behavior. There were times when the children literally almost fell on my head jumping and falling off from the floating devices, that to my advise should not be allowed in such pool. In fact we do not think that people from the outside should be allowed to frequent the Hotel pool and children of Hotel patrons only should be allowed but kept under supervision and control. Or a section of the pool should be cordoned off for children and the rest should be for adults only. Nevertheless we would not consider staying there again under the same cirumstances. Almost all patrons were couples, very few people staying at the hotel had children. This hotel advertises relaxation and tranquillity but unfortunately these things were not at all available. We find this situation unaccpetable and in need of immedate change.

Review 19：We did like the friendlyness and readyness of the staff to accomodate us. We also liked that finally after many years the restaurant was up and running. The Hotel would also be in a prime location to have a relaxing stay and it's conveniently located, easy in and out to main road and close to everything.

Review 47：As stated before in other reviews the staff are so friendly and helpful and most can converse in English. The hotel has been tastefully decorated and things seem quite new. We had breakfast included which was continental and we were happy with the range of cereals and fruit. The shower is amazing! The pool is big and in April my husband got in for a swim.

Review 61：Loved staying at this hotel, staff were wonderful, very friendly, especially the man in the restaurant and the women on the reception. The location is just off the motor way and it is about a two minute drive from the main village and beach (a car is recommended). There is a restaurant in the hotel which is reasonable priced and would def recommend food is wonderful. The bar is opened late, free wifi, board games etc in reception and a outdoor pool, could just stay in the hotel if you wanted to. Rooms were wonderful very modern, flat screen tv, movie channels, mini bar fridge, a/c, hairdryer, toiletries, rain forest shower and ever room had a balcony. Located in a forest area which was wonderful to look out at ever morning. Loved, loved staying at this hotel and would def recommend. Also recommend if your driving to head to porto stefano not far to drive and wonderful place to see

Review 62：Given it was during the pre-season (and admittedly not very warm yet outside), the airconditioning was not yet turned on, making the room stuffy at night.

Review 65：Room on the smallish side and there was some noise from the nearby railway, although this would bother only huge lightest if sleepers. Some sulphur smell from where we weren't sure, but only in the grounds, not the hotel building.

Review 69：The staff was incredibly helpfull and kind with whatever we've askedthem for, and we weren't exactly the easiest guests to deal with,because of our very late hours coming in, very late mornings going out,etc. Almost all of them speak good english, something we didn't expect.The villa is superb, very spacious, with nicely furbished and cleanrooms, featuring a balcony with view either towards the pool (like ours)or towards the front side of the hotel (large car park and restaurant).It is located 20 mins away from Orbetello's town center. It is theperfect place to relax for a weekend or 2 weeks if u wish so, havingbreakfast (an excelent rich one I might add) delievered to your roomevery morning and late night drinks (from the hotel's bar) on thebalcony. The hotel's pool is large, 1.5 m deep only, with thermal waterinstead of the normal chloride cleaned one, which although is changedevery day, remains warm all the time. Enjoyable at night time too! Thebeach is only at 5 mins drive away, crossing the ss Aurelia motorway.
