Review 1：The bed was a nice size but lumpy & uncomfortable

Review 2：The location & the well appointed room were a great start plus the staff were very helpful & friendly . The spa bath was awesome

Review 3：Unfortunately, the room we had looked out onto a wall less than 2 metres away. Although the space between the window and wall had been planted, it was not the best of outlooks and let down what was a very good hotel.

Review 4：The room was very well furnished and equipped. The bathroom was outstanding. The décor was very good and the room was comfortable. The staff were excellent, helpful and pleasant.

Review 5：We were there for an event and had to leave at 5:30am in the morning and they wanted to charge us by the hour for a two hour late check-out.

Review 30：Either the motel was recently built or it has been very well renovated. Very modern room and up to the minute bathroom - better than home! A quiet rear room was provided as requested. A great night's sleep!

Review 38：I have stayed at this property twice; once alone and once with 2 children. Both stays have been excellent and quite honestly I cannot fault this property. The rooms are superb with very comfortable beds, excellent wifi and an enormous bathroom. The staff are friendly and there to help if you need it. Property is located directly opposite Sovereign Hill and is only 9km's from Federation University. I would definitely recommend this property and quite happily stay here again if I return to Ballarat.

Review 57：The room was very quiet. I slept like a log in the comfortable bed, I bought my own feather pillow with me. The pillows on the bed were gigantic and great to lean on. The couch was great to sit on while watching the TV. Lia liked the first appearance of the room it was welcoming. She thought the bathroom was great and well laid out with everything to hand. The shower was beautiful and large, we were both in there !!

Review 58：The owners were really friendly and helpful. The accommodation was immaculate, comfortable and even had a spa bath! The towels were fluffier than many bigger hotels I've stayed in. It's a good place for an overnight stop.

Room very warm and had everything you need for a luxury short stay. Room was cleaned during our two night stay with towels, toilet rolls and tea/coffee replaced which was great. Great position to town centre and Sovereign Hill. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful - gave us some great tips for our journey as we left.

It's almost a small apartment. TV is not on a wall so no sound through to adjoining rooms. Walking distance to "Sovereign Hill" but a short car drive to CBD and Eureka.
