Reviews for Hotel Kasbah Azalay
Review 1:The price of the dinner does not match at all its quality. Also, Internet access in the rooms is a mirage...
Review 2:The staff is very helpful and the indoor pool is simply amazing. Both rooms had good conditions, with all the standard/expected commodities. Having is a car is obligatory.
Review 3:workers were so kind and helpful.the room was so clean and large with a large terasse let alone the indor swimming pool that was very very nice ,it was the first time that i have seen like this pool in such that area.
Review 4:Cold watter, cold rooms, wifi works, only on reception desk. A nice place but not at all an 4*-standard.to expensive for service and standardu provided.
Review 5:Nice style, staff is trying to "fix your problems very quickly"
Review 6:Unfortunately, we spent only one night in to hotels because of totally unexpected events - floods! Still remember of this hotel, and above all completely unique services of its staff, who also worked at critical moments. The only problem with the hotel is a low pressure local water supply, the water did not go upper floors.
Review 7:Unfortunately it was more than 50 degrees outside during day and the air conditioning was not powerful enough to freshen the room so we could not sleep the whole night; besides the linen was extremely hot. If you go in summer also expect hot water from the shower, even from the "cold" tap. Despite the cleanliness of the room we found a cockroach in the shower, it seems a common thing in casbahs. The breakfast could be better, it's the only place in the whole Morocco where we got orange juice from a brick. We wanted to visit the dunes and we were just offered to visit the big ones for 150€ for 2 people which I found offensive. It was not until I insisted that I they didn't tell me about the option of going with our car with a guide to smaller dunes for just 20€, and was more than enough for us.
Review 8:The hotel is a very nice complex with nice and clean rooms. There is a guy from the staff who was remarkably nice, Hussein. He was our cook and our guide to the dunes and speaks good English and Spanish. The pool is the best of the hotel, it's indoors and the only fresh place if you go in summer.
Review 9:Activities were quite expensive
Review 10:It was a special hotel, right next to the desert. Food was really good and so was the service. Everyone was very kind.
