Review 15：A nice quite hotel (despite the fact that it is located on the main road), very clean and wonderful staff. Very close to Greve and all the other beautiful villages of Chianty. In the hotel there is also a small restaurant which serves high quality typical Tuscany food.

Review 16：Location was perfect for exploring Chianti. Room was good size. The owner was helpful with sightseeing advice and help with directions and recommendations for wineries to try and local food products as well. Having the restaurant next door was perfect. The food was typical of the area prepared with skill, care, and a touch of the modern. The truffle profiteroles were wonderful. The wine menu offered an excellent selection of 09 Chianti Classico between 16 and 25 Euros. We stayed for 4 nights and would return . We would highly recommend to friends and family

There are no otherrestaurants nearby however, no need to look further - the restaurant atlocanda was brilliant, after travelling for several weeks, I can assureyou it will be difficult to find better. Well priced, tasty - topquality. Hotel owner very helpful.

Review 22：My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Locanda II Gallo. It was outside of tourist season and we were the only ones spending the night. We chose to eat at the restaurant. It was amazingly good (even for Tuscany standards)! Most importantly, the owner went out of his way to help us throughout assisting us with booking wine tours. Highest of recommendations to Locanda II Gallo!
