Review 1：We had no problems, but the way to the villa is steep. Could be a problem with the car. In the villa is no elevator for elder people. It would be wonderful, if minibar were filled with drinks and snacks.

Review 3：Huge room in mansion of a place. This house is primarily used as a wedding venue. We were 1 of 2 guests staying and had the place to ourselves .Great view from balcony, parking , wifi, breakfast, helpful staff, pool. Good location to visit Lucca and Pisa if you have a car otherwise isolated.

Review 5：If you're looking for a cookie cutter hotel, this place isn't for you. But if you're looking to stay in an historic inn with a beautiful view of Pisa from the expansive view, then stay here. You'll love it and the awesome staff, including the owner.
Review 6：We were shown to our room.We went up A lovley stair case then another stair case. Through a door to two flights of stone steps to what must have been the servants quarters in the attic . The windows were small with bars on them. We asked to see another room thinking it would be on a lower floor ,it was next door. Felt very uncomfortable. We decided to leave we did not stay The photo on the web sight were very misleading

Review 13：Rafealla was a great host. Nothing was too much and you could always ask her about sightseeings, things to do and help. Definitely recommend a stay at this lovely villa. Great host and great views of Pisa an surroundings.
