Review 1：The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got useful tips aboutvisiting narby Pisa and Lucca. The host even got back from his road togive us hints on the most astonishing tuscan roads. We could usehighways, but thanks to him we saw great views of the italian province.The staf spoke English on sufficient level, which os not very common inItaly :) The room was nice, cozy and air-conned. The decorations aremore than 120 years old. The bathroom was very clean and neat. We gottailor-made breakfast. As we are used to salty breakfasts in Poland, wegot something more nutrient than traditional Italian sweets :)What's very important, there's a nice, little village around,where you can have great pizza, local wine and craft beer.

Review 15：the villa was wonderful,our room was lovely--very clean and cool. The breakfasts,which were very good with a wide range of ham and cheeses were served on the balcony terrace--a delightful start to the day. All in all it was a great place to stay and we will certainly return.

Located in a residential area within walking distance of the city center of a small city with some restaurants, and a few kms from Pisa. Parking available on the street. Some parking available inside, but backing up is not easy with a large car due to the small gate.
