Review 1：The fact that the wine cellars are closed over weekends. Also no English channel on TV.

Review 2：Situated within 20km from Florence and the bus stop right in front of the hotel was fantastic! The countryside of Chianti is absolutely beautiful!

Review 3：The pool was filthy so we didn't use it. In general things are way to laid back. Everything about the hotel was amateurish (except for the cleaning of the room which was spotless). instead of replacing the old worn out scratchy towels a note was inserted in the "guide book" stating that they did the job and new towels were available for an extra cost.

Review 4：The rooms were very clean. The hotel was easy to find and parking was right outside (off the road). The restaurant food was pretty good. The staff although not very professional were always friendly.

Review 5：An old house converted into a hotel. My room was nothing special but it was clean and the wifi connection was good. Parking just outside. I will very likely stay here again during my next visit.

Review 6：As I said the hotel needs upgrading. Towels are disgusting, food is not great, depends who cook it. No meting in the windows so mozzies come in and eat you alive. It's hot and you have to ask for fans.

The village has nothing to offer so you have to go to Florence or Greve or just stay in the hotel. The staff was OK, but I heard them complaining (using bad words) about customers in front of me, which I found not professional at all.

Review 9：The hotel is located in a small village just about 40 minutes in bus from Florence and the bus stop is in front. It was very clean (but it is an old building so the things are not modern!), the breakfast typical italian - sweet :) There is no noise during the night and we slept very good. It has a big garden and a pool (we didn´t use it because of the weather).

Review 24：The man looking after the reception area was uttelry un communicative. The first day when we arrived he was unhelpfulwhich surprised me as italians have not been this way in my experience. I dod an experiment after that to see what would happen during the stay. Despite passing him three to four times a day for the next four on no occasion did he make the slightest attempt to even say hello let alone engage with us to find out if everything was ok. total grouch which would turn me off recommending the place

Review 29：It is located about a 25 minute drive from Florence in the countryside.This is a rustic facility. The 3rd floor was free of smoke, but thelower floors were not. The furnishings would be found in my Grandmothershouse and I am 64 years, but his matched the inn. The Kitchen in number10 is small but functional. The vineyard up the hill is a treat tovisit! The pictures hinted that the inn was out in the vineyard, but itis down the hill on the street. The staff speaks good English but theyare not always around to ask questions to.

Review 31：Smoke filled reception. Smoke smell in restaurant. Reception closedearly and we dont know when it opened (left at 8:30 and it was stillclosed). We were unable to get anyone via phone after the receptionclosed. Room was cold and we couldn't get the heat turned on (all ofus slept in our clothes). No restaurants close that were open before 7pm, and nothing open before we left at 8:30 am for breakfast.

Review 32：The registration area is extremely smoky from cigarettes, very unpleasant. Staff not overly friendly. They said the price included breakfast but we couldn't find it in the morning. No Internet access.

Review 33：I do not believe one could use the word dislike at Casprini Da Omero, because there is nothing to dislike. The only factor could be transport if you do not have own your means of getting by. It is qiute a way to the closest substantial town.
