Review 1：surroundings of the hotel No double rooms with comminucative doors, so not practical for family with several young kids

Review 9：Comfortable and organized place. Everything went smooth, not a single problem. Great superior room, with huge bathroom. Well connected if travelling around (Pisa, Florence) and also easy to reach beaches (sandy up north or rocky ones south). Breakfast was typical buffet, good for italian standards. Wifi was good, enough parking places.

Review 10：The AC was not working correctly and the fault was shown to the staff, however nothing was done all week to fix the problem. We personally spoke to the manager, however he was not concerned or even seemed interested into the problem as we were leaving. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Review 14：It is a very good hotel outside of the town. Altough the highway is near, the sound-isolation is perfect. There is a big shopping-center about 500 metres far. The breakfast is super, very rich. Air-condition is perfect, you don't feel the cold airstream, but room is still cold enough. Personal speaks english well.

Review 23：The hotel looks modern and kind of luxurious, but I must say for the money it costs it was very weak. We arrived late so very tired and could not be bothere to ask for a change of room (so it was a bit of our problem) - but the bath was moldy, we found something like mold even on the sheet on bed. I would not expect that from a 4 star hotel. Also the parking in front of the hotel is kind of a parking in front of the shopping mall (though only for hotel guests), but no gate or anything like that.

Review 24：Check in any time after 2 pm is great for late arrivals. Early breakfast - ideal for people taking morning ferry. Close to the main road, not far from the Livorno port. Breakfast was good and there was variety. Ok for a night before taking a ferry, but would not stay there longer. A/C and wi-fi good - just make sure you ask for a wi-fi code when you check-in -they do not give it automatically.

Review 25：The wifi was really hard. I had to refill the username and password in every ten or twenty minutes. But it was fast. The safety boxes should be kept in every room.

Review 38：This hotel is very convenient for both - those who travel by car (there is a big parking space) and also for those who travel by train (there is around 10 minutes of walking from the train station). All receptionists were more than helpful by providing different information we asked for (and we had thousands of questions). Some of them were providing own suggesting and some great ideas for small local beaches, better transport connections, really trying to make our stay wonderful. The room was nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable, modern design, big bed. Bathroom was great! Very nice restaurant where you can enjoy yummy breakfast with rich buffet breakfast and tasty coffee and cappuccino.

Review 39：Small rooms and no funny doors of bathroom where everything is opened?? Breakfast is awful;they do not refill food,if you come to breakfast after 9h you will not have nothing to eat as they do not refill plates. Never saw something like this. This should not be possible in a hotel with 4 stars.

Review 41：Nice, big bathroom with tub, bed was two twins put together--lots of sleeping space. Modern look and very comfortable. Meals are billed to the room. Our dinner was delicious. Very helpful staff. Free luggage storage after check-out.

Review 43：The staff were incredibly helpful. We asked reception for advice on our journey to the airport. She told us to come down in the morning. When we did so, she immediately remembered us and exactly what time our flight was. She gave us very explicit directions and train times. Later, when waiting for our taxi which was supposed to be there five minutes before, she spotted us and, without a word, phoned the taxi company to find out why the taxi was five minutes late. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. And the beds were very comfortable

Location is very convenient, just in 10 minutes walking from central railway station. Really nice facility is the Honesty cafe, where one can have coffee or team almost the whole day long.

In fact it is not very close because it is on the opposite side of the tracks to the station and would be about 800m to the station. Dragging luggage in the rain was not an option for us so we took a taxi!! The hotel should provide a free shuttle service.

Review 103：Our stay was great, we had to catch a ferry the next morning very early and the proximity was near the Port. Upon arrival after we had checked in and were pulling our luggage out of the car the gentleman at reception came outside and gave us new keys for a upgraded room because we had so much stuff, complimentary. This was a nice surprise since we did need more room to rearrange the luggage that evening. We also need help printing some tickets and the reception was very helpful. A Big A+ for the bed and pillows the king and 2 extra long twins secured together which was great because my husband is 6' 4" so his ankles weren't hanging off the bed. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable and new.

We booked the hotel prior to taking the boat to Sardinia and were able to enjoy our breakfast while the hotel ordered a taxi for us (all this at around 6.00 am in the morning).
