Review 1：Difficult to find. The hotel is old and definitely needs to be renovated. Staff does not speak English at all. During the night ants appeared in our room and many of them came into our luggage. It was very unpleasant and difficult to remove the ants from the suitcase.

Review 4：Just a km or so off the main road. Perfect for a stopover on our travels. Nice to hear the sea from the balcony. Got there late, fortunately there was a Pizza takeaway at the swimming pool across the road.

It was very difficult to find the hotel and by the phone the receptionist was talking Italian only The hotel needs a renovation No private balcony No supermarket near

Review 7：Staff were great - everyone from reception, pool attendant to pizeria tried to speak to us in English. Pool was clean and empty in the mornings - attendent takes pride and care of his area. You need to wear a swim hat to save filters from hair - either bring your own or buy one from poolman at €2.50 or like my husband those with little hair need none! Beach not particularly clean but very quiet in the afternoons and sunbeds/umbrellas plentiful. If you like quiet, then go to pool am (as entertainment crew are on beach) and go to the beach in the pm, (as entertainment crew are at the pool pm) . This way you share the beach or pool with only 4 other families!!! Pizeria is excellent - really good food and pizzas from €5. Shop on site is good value and you can order bread each day. Entertainment is daily and the crew put on a show each night. This is all in Italian, as most clientele is Italian - it is loud so dont expect to sleep before 1am. Rooms are VERY basic but at least clean. Very few insects as a result. Beautiful views and sunsets from every room. No air conditioning but design of rooms means that the sun cannot heat the rooms and they stay fairly cool. This is not a 5 star resort but in comparison to an other resort (similar price bracket) that we then stayed at for 4 nights near Catania, this was superior. It is basic. But it is clean, has great food, shop and service. If you can overlook some slightly more tired looking areas and very basic furniture, this is worth a visit.

Review 28：The location is great, all suites have a stunning view of the Mediterranean. Staff is great. Private beach, private pool and facilities. These are suites, not rooms. Large balcony or patio, fully equipped kitchen/living area, bedroom and bath. Parking. An amazing value!

Review 29：One bedroom appartment, used to sleep there only one night passing to Agrigento, was much bigger and better then expected based at the requested price. Close enough to Agrigento and Selinunte. More or less at the beach. Fresh painted inside, the sheets and towels were clean.

The Fine Print

From June 18th through September 10th, the property's pizzeria and swimming pool are open and entertainment staff is available. Parasols and lounge chairs are free in the private beach.Please note that from September 1st until October 31st, cleaning services will take place once a week.
