Review 1：No onsite management. Worked well for me; they called and told me where to find the key. But had there been a problem not at all sure it would have been as good.

Review 2：A good budget option; I got what I paid for. Room was quiet and the ac kept it cool (very hot outside). Clean. Comfortable bed. Room a little worn but clean and adequate. I got what I paid for and I did not want to pay a lot.

Review 9：The only contact I had with staff was check in and check out, which was fine. While my room was "serviced" daily, and I received fresh towels - the remainder of the room was untouched. To the extent that a spider I killed on the bathroom vanity on arrival on Sunday, was still there on my Wednesday departure. The shower door was inoperable, and the overal amenities were just ok. The restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay which was frustrating. I dont feel as though I received value for money for a motel that is located some distance from the town center

All the staff were excellent, easily accommodating our late arrival and very generous in allowing us to leave a little later than 10am the following morning! Great little restaurant next door - breakfast to die for of banana bread and honey mascarpone!

Review 21：My error in not reading how far out of town this place was. Only a pizza place and diner for meals or a 15km round trip back into town to buy food. This place is very noisy being so close yo the highway, I could hear the people next door talking and the pipes screeched when you turned on the water for a shower. The furniture (apRt from the bed which was very good was very average. Stain/paint peeling, stained and very tired.

No covers on the ceiling lights and took "forever" for even a small amount of warmish air to come out of the reverse cycle. Its the first motel I've been to in years with no hair dryer supplied

Very old bathrooms, sofa bed in one bedroom was so old and damaged that you couldn't sit on it. 1 TV didn't work at all and the other one dropped out a lot.Free wifi not available in our room , I assume as we were too far away from reception,other guests said the same. Pool was cold but there was a problem with the pool equipment that was fixed quickly.

Airconditioner/Heater was extremely noisy, thus could not leave running while trying to sleep. Restaurant service was very poor, waiting 1 1/2 hours for a pizza that never came, had to keep asking for drinks that were ordered, Ending up getting a refund and having to drive into town to get McDonalds at 9.00pm in the rain and cold which was poor at that time of night. Felt the staff and manager did not care. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The bed was super comfy. Some guests have complained about the traffic noise in the past, but we didn't really notice it as it was just a constant hum that sent us to sleep. Review 112：The bathroom had a smell which I think came from the drainage pipes in shower. The shower head drooped so difficult to get under it. The bathroom needs an upgrade as the present condition makes it appear dirty. The bedside table is scraped all over which can be easily fixed with a furniture texta - I used this all the time in my furniture shop. Attention to detail in the presentation of the whole place need not be costly but can add a sparkle. You've got a cute little swimming pool so why not feature it. I only found it by accident and didn't know how to access it even though I had my bathers with me. How about some plants, promotion to guests, a couple of brightly coloured chairs and coffee table?

Review 113：The receptionist provided a lovely greeting. My trip was centred around Wallace and Bungaree so the location of the accommodation suited me better than Ballarat town centre.

Review 114：Liked the friendly staff. They were very helpful with directions and places of interest in Ballarat. We enjoyed the woodfired pizza restaurant adjoining. It was great not to have to travel further to eat out. The flourless orange cake was superb!

Review 115：We were not advised that the apartment would not be serviced over the week-end. We asked for clean towels and they never arrived. The apartment was austere to say the least - no nice finishing touches like pictures on the walls and unbelievable terrible crockery. The floor in the shower is dangerous due to the very steep slope once you step in. We would rate this motel very low.
