Review 1：When we asked the hotel how much the taxi was to the airport it was a little expensive for us so we decided to catch on off the street. When outside the hotel negioating a price with the taxi driver, the hotel staff came outside inferring and not helping the situation. We then moved further away from the hotel and caught a cheaper taxi. It seems the hotel staff wanted his commission that's all rather than finding us a fair price.

Review 4：The hotel is perfect located close to the sea and short walking distance to the famous Dizzengof street and center. Easy to travel to each part of the city. The staff was helpful and I liked the breakfast. They offer sufficient wifi coverage in the lobby and in the room too.

Review 9：The room old, and smelly, mostly smell of tobacco that has penetrated the walls and furniture. Bathroom dirty, with stains of mold at the corners of the bathtub. My husband killed two small cockroached behind the mini fridge. Wifi on the second floor didn't work. Floor dirty.

The aircondition was always switched off centrally, so you always had to ask the hotel staff to switch it back on. Quite unfriendly hotel staff!! Too expensive for what you get!!

Review 81：no safe in the room. We asked to have valuables stored in the safe behind the front desk only to return hours later to see the items still sitting out on the desk within reach of anybody. There were too many random people hanging out on the front steps smoking who were clearly not guests at the hotel. The rooms could use renovations as well as updated door locks that didn't always work. Bathroom tiles in rough shape. One employee was not helpful when trying to get to the airport, and offered to get a taxi for an outrageous rate, probably through a friend who is a cab driver. Pretty much sat in front of the lobby television the entire time. Other hotels offer free wifi internet throughout the entire hotel. We could only use it in the lobby. Not convenient.

Because there I've had the worst level of comfort -the worst meal, extreme small room, broken water tank in toiletroom,only one electric socket in my room, etc. The conditioning in roomsis switching on from reception only. For families with child - it wasimpossible to warm milk or water, because kitchen is open only duringbreakfast time from 7:00 till 10:00.
