Review 1：Very far from rome, forget about going without a car, although still too far with car. We stayed 3nights in MAY,me, my wife and our 4years daughter, but they didn't even cleaned the room once! Beds were realy old and uncomfortable,and there were full insects on the floors and walls, which i've made photoes of them.

Review 3：the bathroom of one of our rooms was outside the room - on the corridor, of course it was private (we had a key to it), but still... a little inconvenient

Review 5：the facility leaves a lot to be desired. window coverings almost inexistent beds were old and uncomfortable. Bed sheets old with holes. No fridge available. no air conditioning unless you pay (although it was advertised in the price). we were requested to pay upon arrival in full although they hed our CC # on file. No idea of what breakfast was all about. There is no list. Facility not to our liking. will not recommend. Wi Fi was not working. We bought our own from TIM. One day we were without water. Facility has no back up.
