Review 1：Nothing to dislike, just book in first then you can drive your cases down to your room.
Review 2：Walking to breakfast in the fresh air, Eating out side in the evenings, 2 pools one for children and families, the other one right by our room was nice and peaceful. Went riding, The Thursday night buffet was a good time to meet other guests from other countries. A great place stay.
Review 3：No fresh fruit at breakfast, staff a bit slack at picking up rubbish, queen bed was 2 singles pushed together so a bit uncomfortable and pillows were really hard. Coffee wasn't even offered at breakfast.

Review 7：very poor breakfast with weak choice and no local specialities, only the cheapest food from supermarket. dinner also not very impressive, small portions of food and as for italy, toscany-not tasty as it should be. Staff was not polite. For a 4star hotel it is expected at least to provide clean room but our room in Fattoria wasn't clean, fungus in the bathroom, dust everywhere. Cleaning ladies came everyday but all they did was spraying Brise. Hotel clearly aims for mass tourism, big groups for short period of time. They have no heart for what they do, you feel no hospitality there, this is not what i expected at all...
