Review 1：The noise of the shower running in the room next door at 6.15am on a Sunday morning.

Review 2：The cost of breakfast - cereal & toast only $6 each and mini bar prices extremely reasonable. It was a pleasant change not to be ripped off by ridiculous overcharging.

Review 3：No complaints. I'd prefer a softer bed, but that's just a matter of personal preference. Can't fault the facilities or service.

Review 13：I stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for our toddler to move about and the convenience of cooking facilities in the unit. Clean and really good amenities were a highlight, including the added touch of things like fresh flowers on the table.

Review 14：We had to drive around the block from motel units to apartment, but once we knew where it was no big deal. They wye very helpful with printout map. And we had off street parking which was good. They gave us a motel key instead is apartment key but came immediately to look after us and gave correct key.

Review 17：Our room was freezing when we arrived and the heater was not warming up the room at all. However, when we told the owners about the problem they got us another heater that warned the room up pronto!

Review 39：Not really a complaint but it is a little awkward to get to from the main town centre as there is no right turn into the parking area, so one needs to drive a bit further and go around the roundabout. The parking area is a bit tight, we had to reverse the car down a few spots to the turning bay.

Very good mini bar and also the variety of free tea, coffee and hot chocolate with biccies. The hand wash sink is in the main room behind a stylish room divider, some may not like but I did. Bathroom clean with modern, large shower head. The managers were very friendly. We would be happy to stay again.

Review 41：Wash basin in room not bathroom, while it didn't worry my husband & I, it's not very private. Lack of a bench in the bathroom for placing personal items. I would like a small fridge in room not a mini bar(too small) as we do travel with food for picnics that require chilling overnight.

Review 42：Takeway cafes are within 500m, service station for ice and basic supplies is next door. Safe area for a walk after travelling. Room cosy but very comfortable seating for watching TV. Fantastic shower with great pressure. Nice to be able to open a sliding door for cooling and not always relying on aircon. Rooms are spotless and well maintained.

Review 43：The front door lock sticking was a pain in the backside Ideally the bathroom window would not be hanging slightly askance and the soap holder would not have a large crack in it.

Review 44：Tasteful décor - often when you stay at places it is bland, sterile or random furniture placed in a room however clearly someone with good taste furnished this room. Colours and design worked together really well. The room felt spacious even though it was small. I enjoyed staying in this room!

Review 46：Lots of mosquitos!!! We killed about 7 on the first night...we think they got into the room when it was being cleaned as on our second night we made sure everything was shut and we didn't find any in the room (although there are plenty outside waiting to come in!) Use the bug spray provided in the room to kill any unwanted visitors! Bathroom floor was clean but the slopping floor of the shower was not the nicest although remains functional.

Review 47：bedrooms were modern and generally very clean. Wifi is very good and many channels available on the TV. Good location to the main Sale shopping strip. Handy having a microwave and toaster in the room. Also towels are of a good quality and size.

Review 50：It was clean and our room looked just like the online photos. We had the bed with the white cover and red. It had everything we wanted for an overnight stay and the bed was comfortable. The guy at reception was friendly.

We were checked in by the manager, he remembered us from our last visit and made us feel very welcome. From booking to payment, it was all very easy - especially after a long drive in from Melbourne.
