Review 1：Great location with lovely view over Rome. Overall very comfortable with all amenities available. Great value for money. A very special welcome by the owner Eugenio, who offered us a lovely bottle of Prosecco in occasion of my wife's birthday.
Review 2：Marino gives you a taste of the real Italy. Good restaurants, good wine and friendly people. The villa is in a good place for exploring and the public transport to Rome is very good.

Review 5：I booked 7 Nights in early April based on the reviews here. We arrived very late at night and at first i thought I had arrived at the wrong place. I believe that the accommodation we where given was in a different building to what is shown in the pictures here. As it was so late we had no choice but to stay the first night. In the morning I asked the owner to change it he seem to think it was OK. And offered nothing else. I than contacted booking com and they also did nothing to change this. So we packed and left. 6 weeks later I have still not received the promised refund form booking com or the hotel. I still find it hard to understand that I am the only one out of 36 reviews that found a problem. As I can not upload my photos here that I sen to booking com. I will leave you to decide if broken walls,doors and floor tiles. Rusty appliances in the kitchen. Mold on the walls in the kitchen and in the bathroom is what to expect. Oh yes the view is fine, even if the patio furniture was rusty broken and thrown everywhere.

Review 14：Omg, this is the best value accommodation for people who wish to visitRome but not necessarily be in the centre. There is a train very nearand you can be in the city in no time. The apartment is wonderful, wellmaintained and offers a fantastic view of Rome from the large privatepatio you have. As a guest nothing was too much trouble and I was welllooked after. I would highly recommend this and will return.

Very comfortable accommodation with the private terrace providing the wow factor with fabulous views of Rome. The owners are a delight and their welcoming, helpful and friendly approach to their guests makes this a winning combination.

Review 22：We liked the modern decor of the apartment, the fabulous roof terracewith its views towards Rome, the convenient location not only for Romebut also for Frascati and lovely, lovely Lago di Albano, and last butnot least the friendliness of hosts Eugenio and Oksana. Their littletouches in providing cereal, cakes, juices etc. were also very muchappreciated. Not to mention their helpful advice! We will recommend thislittle gem to family and friends that's for sure!

Review 24：If you want to go to Rome, and/or experience a sleepy Italian town, then this is the place to stay. Rome is a 30min train journey from Marino and the fantastic apartment is only a 10min walk from the station. The apartment was fantastic, all the facilities you could want, with a huge terrace with fab views of Rome below. Everything was very clean, with a very comfortable big bed, good shower , huge televisions in the bedroom and lounge and very good wifi. The hosts were more like old friends than landlords, very friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone...excellent! by the way don't forget to go to the old ice cream shop near the mountain in Marino...wonderful!
Review 25：Beautiful area and environment! Very friendly apartment owners providing good service. The size of flat is incredible big and all rooms are furnished with the good taste. It’s recommended for the people looking for relax and place for the really comfortable holidays. Good option is giant terrace where you can make BBQ enjoying the fantastic view over Rome and its suburbs. The supermarket and good restaurant are in 5 mins walk from apartment. Review 26：A wonderful experience ! The location offers a breathtaking view over the hills. The apartment is big, clean, nice decorated and well equipped. Appartment is inside old Marino, so shops and restorants are close to apartment. This place can stay a good base for travels in Castelli Romani region. We met a very warm welcome - we felt ourselves not only like guests, but like old friends. The only one we regret - we could not stay longer!!!
