Review 1：Access to the wellness area (including gym and swimming pool) is charged separately (18€ per room), gym room is absolutely useless, breakfast could be better, the location is not convenient, unless you have a car and an hour to get to the beach.

Review 3：Hotel is located far away from the center at the backside of the University area. For pedestrians the walk ends on the territory of the hotel since the road on which the hotel is situated has no roadside and really dangerous for pedestrians. Breakfast is a bit poor.

Review 5：On Sunday the spa+pool closed at 6pm, the pool was fully rented for a birthday party. On Monday both opened in the afternoon. Room+Spa option useless

Review 22：There was a large wedding at the hotel the night we stayed there. We weren't warned about this. The noise from the wedding reception was very loud and then the fireworks, which lasted 30 minutes, blasted us out of bed. Guests need to be made aware when large events, and fireworks, are scheduled for that night.

Review 25：The staff in all venues of the property were pleasant and helpful at all times. The food in the restaurant was of very good quality. Parking was good. Linens and toiletries were very good quality. The U-shaped structure of the hotel let in a great deal of light, and the decor throughout was welcoming. All in all a most welcome break for travellers on holiday.

Review 28：Be careful during WE's: there are (regularly) weddings held in thehotel, at that moment the pool is not available. The location is verynear to the highway and the view from the rooms is not spectacular,although you have a large and nice balcony to sit on.

Take if possible an arrangementwith spa included, otherwise it can become expensive, and the pool andsauna/hammam are too great not to use!!! Excellent breakfast foritalian standards!!! Good restaurant with excellent service.
