Review 1：Only 2 faults. We were the only guests for the first 2 days & the breakfast was dreadful. 1 slice of cheese & ham you could repair your shoes with! Secondly, fantastic view over the lake,but no facility to get a drink! The fridge in the room went off as you left,so you can't even keep chilled drinks there.

Review 3：The room was not clean unfortunately we found ants walking on the bathroom floor and one of the hand towels provided to us was torn ... The breakfast was very poor ... on the photos you can see a very nice garden with grass but in fact this is not gras it's just a green carpet. One last addition .. There was no Wifi in the rooms .. It's available only in the restaurant

Review 5：All good....the only thing I could say is the breakfast could have been a little more interesting...but wasn't a problem.
Review 6：The whole hotel, beautiful bedrooms, skylight, the most comfortable beds, feather quilts and pillows. The view of the lake and location. Speedy check in and carparking.

Review 13：No facilities for getting a drink at any time during the day or evening, Unless eating in the restaurant which was very expensive and we were not given a choice or a menu to look at. No bar(apart from extortionate priced items in small minibar in room) eg peanuts 3 euros which we replaced like for like from local supermarket for 20 cents!!! A wedding was on on the Saturday so we were not allowed in the restaurant or outside on the terrace. Entry, parking and signs for the hotel are totally inadequate and dangerous.

Review 15：the entrance door the room was practically opeing to the parking area. as soon as you entered the room,strong smell of mould/ wet damage welcomed you.oriental carpet was dirty and so was the floor--dead flies,dust lining the wallsides. breakfast's guality was poor and three members of staff were "talking" very lould just next to the buffeetable which was very annoinig-- no peace for the guests. 100e /per night was robbory

This is great place out of beaten path in the beautiful region, with extremely helpful staff, actually this is the mature couple who runs it, gourgeous facilities, and incredible view to the lake Albano. And it us greatly located for confortable exploration of the Castely Romani which it self a marvoluoys plase to visit.
Review 23：Nothing, it's a lovely place to stay and we stayed there for one night two years ago. This time we stayed for two nights but wish it was longer.

Review 25：We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if required; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupted.

The pastries were absolutelywonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

This meant that we were surprised at the high cost when presented with the bill at the end of our stay. There is no Wifi in the room. There was no obvious relaxation lounge. Piero's english was very limited.
